INSTRUCTION/CLASSES

Mrs. Mescal’s classes researched volcanoes. Students used the information they found to create either a travel brochure or a newspaper, using the Read Write Think Publishing Press. Websites were bookmarked ahead of time on the library blog. Students also used Easy Bib to create their Works Cited.

Ms. Sobieski’s classes completed “Book spine poetry” in honor of National Poetry Month. Students found books in the library and created poems out of the titles. Projects were on display in the hallway outside of the library.

Mrs. Redzinak’s students came in for independent book selection.

Mr. Wilensky’s students have started working in the library on Fridays. Students have been helping with straightening the shelves, pushing in chairs, and cutting library passes.
