Application/Intake Process

Case workers interview applicants one on oneCase workers present application to Director for

review and decision. If approved, client receives basic needs for the month after 3pm that same day. If no decision is made, file remains in pending until all documentation is verified

Reception completes intake triage: photocopies id/income tax/bank statements/medicals and/or residency

Intake worker case manages clients aged 45-65+ years
