There Is A Problem, There Is An Opportunity

What? How?Our mobile apps, website and
ecommerce plugins instantly turn any of our drivers into your
personal delivery hero who will do whatever is in their power to get your package where it needs
to go.
Why?Now is the time to strike in this
sector. Demand for quality delivery services are on an
upward trajectory, driven by ecommerce and mobile. We are the guys selling shovels at the
start of the gold rush.
We believe the courier business can be done better. A lot better. With WumDrop and the click of a button you can get anything picked up or dropped off, anywhere, anytime, immediately. We'll even send you a pic
to prove it.

The last mile delivery industry is characterised by poor customer service on both ends of the mile,
mediocre accuracy rates, and unexciting delivery times.
So How Do We Fix A Bad Industry?
WumDrop’s proprietary technology assigns tasks generated by our users to drivers based on their proximity to the order. The result is a faster pick up, a more efficient route, a deeper bottom line, a motivated driver, and a delighted customer.
Step One: Build Better Tech
WumDrop’s driver on boarding process is incredibly stringent. Our drivers are better communicators than your average joe. Better communication means we maintain a delivery accuracy rate of 90% across the board, and our customers are delighted.
Step Two: Attract Better People
By putting stable and innovative technology in the hands of savvy drivers, we’ve managed to maintain a first time delivery attempt success rate of 92%.
That’s a massive 30% higher than the current last mile industry standard in Africa. High driver satisfaction means minimal churn.
That’s disruptive, and scalable.
Step Three: Mix The Ingredients

Value Added TaxWumDrop is not VAT registered. As delivery network volume grows, economies of scale will allow WumDrop to drop prices. This increase in volume will trigger the need for VAT registration. Real prices will instead remain flat, while a reduction in margin will accommodate VAT.

We Turn Capital Into Grasped Opportunities
We now have highly defensible long term API integrations with ecommerce leaders Zando and iFix, integration underway with Parcel Ninja right now, and an ecommerce sales pipeline more ambitious than
what we’ve already achieved.

WumDrop integrated with Zando and iFix in February 2016 after a six month sales and integration cycle. Both companies have trickled volume to us as we prove the quality of our real-world delivery service, and
the scalability of our tech. Nevertheless, the jump in delivery numbers speaks for itself.

Business Need Versus Market Size
page 10
Post capital, WumDrop will have a total monthly expenditure of R196,000 per month.
To break even at current unit economics of R96 revenue and R39.36 GP per delivery, how many deliveries do we need to be doing?
TheWumDropPitchDeck
Zando delivered over 13,000 parcels in December 2015.
5000 per month. Is that feasible? Let’s take a look at one example.
With no marketing spend, WumDrop secured the Zando account thanks to the value unlocked by our tech.
eCommerce remains a tiny retail segment in South Africa, with massive potential for growth. One of the key growth drivers will be accurate, flexible, automated fulfilment
That’s what we do.
Having launched operations in Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Pretoria WumDrop’s next steps are aggressive product and sales team development, with a focus on the proven enterprise level API plugin customers.
