DANAO CITY — PHILIPPINES — Pt. 2

I love the prayer of the Apostle Paul — that we may know “…the EXCEEDING GREATNESS OF HIS POWER TOWARDS US who believe according to the working of His mighty power, which He worked in Christ when HE RAISED HIM FROM THE DEAD and seated Him at His own right hand in heavenly places. FAR ABOVE all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come.” Ephesians 1:19-23 That was my text the last night in Danao City — on Easter Sunday April 21 2019 — and what a campaign it was!I did not realize until the meetings were over that we were preaching in what is formally and statistically known as the second most un-evangelized city in all of the Philippines —

with a pre-campaign total Christian population of only 0.8% Christian — less than one percent of the entire population — but by the time Easter weekend was over that percentage would great ly jump as many thousands came to the Lord and God’s marvellous power was so manifest and the dynamic miracles so great and plenty that despite all the Catholic fervour and religious ritual the campaign became the “talk of the town!” As already seen in my first night’s magazine report, we were denied the huge Oval grounds and shuffled over to the University Grounds where God poured out His power as blind, crippled and deaf were instantly healed — and then by a miracle of divine grace we got permission at the very last moment to

shift to the huge city-centre sea-side Boardwalk for Saturday and Sunday — and the presence of God became even more manifest each night!

healed, the deaf heard and the totally dumb from birth began to speak — for it was all paid for on the Cross and then firmly guaranteed by the resurrection of Christ from the dead! The pastors later declared how shocked and amazed they were to see the altar calls and nightly prayers for salvation — especially in a town that was well known for being so Gospel resistant and where all other campaigns had seen only small crowds and a meagre handful respond — but here virtually the entire crowd of many thousands responded every night, immediately raising their hands to willfully accept Christ as their sole means of salvation and then literally running en-masse to the front — as many thousands more precious Filipino souls were “born again” by that same mighty Resurrection Spirit of the Living God!What made the difference — what could turn the hearts of so many thousands of devout worshippers of Mary, especially on their most ritualistic Catholic holy week of the year filled with daily masses and huge processionals as devotees dragged elaborate statues of a “Dead Jesus” through the streets — into true born-again bonafide believers in the Living Christ. It was nothing short of the tangible presence of God and the power of His Resurrection Spirit being mightily manifested in outstanding miracles such as none had ever seen before including virtually all the pastors present — our God was truly alive and showing Himself “RISEN INDEED” in Danao City! The following pictures reveal just a few of the many dynamic miracles God did and also exhibits the joy and spiritual transformation of those who received during the last two great nights of the Danao campaign. And all we need say is — To Him Who Was Dead, And was Buried, But Is Alive Evermore, Be All The Honour, Praise and Glory!

SALVATION BY THE RESURRECTION SPIRIT OF THE LIVING CHRIST

Saturday I preached on “Touching Jesus” and how the Bible states, “…as many as touched HIM were made whole!” The same thing would happen in Danao as many brought those who were lame and paralyzed and they were instantly healed, totally blind eyes opened, deaf ears unstopped — and much like the Gospel story of the crippled man lowered through the roof to where Jesus was preaching, one old fellow who was totally paralyzed in all four limbs for many years was carried by his friends to the campaign grounds and went home walking and rejoicing in Christ! Then came Sunday Night — Resurrection Day — and I pointed to the big banners headlined with the words “RESURRECTION POWER MIRACLE CAMPAIGN” — and asked them if they understood what “Resurrection Power” really was — and were they ready to experience that same marvellous power this wonderful Resurrection Day! Then I dove into scripture vividly expounding upon the mighty power of the Holy Spirit that had burst into that cold clammy tomb on Golgotha’s Hill almost 2,000 years ago — surging into the dead body of Jesus and powerfully raising Him from the dead in total triumph over death, hell and the grave — and then I boldly declared that the exact same Holy Ghost power was present on the grounds and He could and would do the same for all those who would simply believe — regardless of what was wrong with them! Naturally, one of my key scriptures was, “And if that same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwell in your mortal flesh, He will quicken and make alive your flesh (body) by that same Spirit!” Romans 8:11 And true to His Word — as the people opened their hear ts to rece ive Chr is t that same mighty “Resurrection Spirit” popped more totally blind eyes open, crippled, lame and paralyzed were marvellously

ALSO COUNTING FINGERS TO SHOW TANGIBLE PROOF OF WHAT THE RESURRECTION SPIRIT OF CHRIST HAS SO WONDERFULLY DONE FOR HER

AND STILL ANOTHER OLD LADY WHO WAS BLIND FOR ONE YEAR BUT THE SPIRIT OF THE

RESURRECTION QUICKLY CHANGED THAT

SHEER JOY FOR EVERYONE OF THESE DEAR OLD PEOPLE — TRANSLATED OUT OF DARKNESS

INTO LIGHT — BOTH SPIRITUALLY & PHYSICALLY

THE ADVERTISING WAS NOT OVERSTATED — RESURRECTION POWER WAS TRULY PRESENT
