Approvals for subdivisions and condominiums will be delegated to Council
Pre-Consultation will still occur in conjunction with the District of Muskoka
At this point we plan on continuing to use the process set in place by the District
No changes are proposed except that final approval will rest with the Town, the District will be a commenting agency only
