SR MECHANICAL ENGINEER- Fixed Equipment (Orange TX)

MUST HAVES:

* A BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience, coupled with at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a maintenance engineer, equipment engineer, and/or reliability engineer in the chemical process or related industries.

* Ability to work with others involved in a variety of functions including operators, mechanics, and other engineers of various disciplines, management, and other leaders to impact in a positive way the plant performance parameters.

* Experience with primary focus on fixed equipment (vessels and piping) and heater/furnace and secondary focus on rotating equipment (pumps, gearboxes, centrifugal compressors, couplings, etc.).

* Experience working in a high hazard process and with PSM guide-lined systems including preparation of process change documentation, PHA's and procedures.

* Strong team player with ability to lead and motivate others through influence

* Computer and PC literate - Working knowledge of using E-mail, the Internet, and Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary to sell integrated engineering solutions.

* Demonstrated ability to lead Root Cause Failure Analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions from it.

* Demonstrated ability to select predictive maintenance technologies for fixed equipment.

* General knowledge of industry standards and other applicable codes relating to mechanical systems, fixed equipment, heater/furnace, e.g. API, ASME Codes.

* Actual experience in design/maintenance of miscellaneous fixed equipment and associated failure analysis.

SR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (Orange TX)

MUST HAVES:

* BS degree in Electrical Engineering.

* Possess an understanding of National Electrical Code, with emphasis in hazardous (electrically classified) locations.

* A minimum of 5 industrial plant experience with an understanding of PSM (Process Safety Management) systems. Co-Op/Internship experience will be considered.

* Must have a solid understanding of power, and instrumentation in a manufacturing environment.

* High Hazard Processes is a plus.

* Six Sigma and projects training is a plus.

SUBSTATION ENGINEER (St. Paul MN)

• PE License strongly preferred. Ability to obtain within 1 year required.

• 4+ years of engineering experience preferred

• Experience working with physical design of electrical power substations

• Capable of reviewing and producing design drawings, including General Arrangements, Elevations, Cable and Conduit Plans, Grounding Plans, Physical Connection Details, AC/DC schematics, and wiring diagrams

• Ability to perform AC & DC substation studies

• Experience using ground grid modeling software a plus

• Knowledge of substation protection and control schemes a plus

• Knowledge of basic relay settings a plus

LEAD TECH SERVICE ENGINEER- Oil & Gas (Toledo OH)

INSPECTION SUPERINTENDENT- Oil & Gas (Toledo OH)

MUST HAVES:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical work experience.

• 8-15 years in Refining or Petrochemical, with a minimum of 5 years focused on fixed equipment inspection.

• Knowledge of NBIC, API-510, API-570, API-571, API-580, API-579, and ASME-PCC2.

• Knowledge of OSHA Process Safety Management, and expertise in Mechanical Integrity.

• Must have supervisory experience.

• Familiarity with industry process safety and environment regulations, work practices, and compliance strategies as well as knowledge of basic refinery processes, reliability principles, refining economics and basic budgeting and scheduling.

• Knowledge of non-destructive equipment examination methods.

• Current or Previous CWI Certification preferred.

• The successful candidate will have outstanding communication, leadership, interpersonal and inter-departmental teamwork skills.
