Effectively supervised a team of 12 employees, with a total of 119 medical practices billed for within that team.

Held team meetings, one on one meetings, as well as meetings with providers regarding their medical billing.

Trained my team on many different billing skills in order to help them further their careers.

Maintained 7 clients of my own, which included sending claims, working and sending appeals, working denials, posting payments and providing reports specifically requested by the providers.
