Convoy & Troop Movement Protection

Program Overview – Trident Group (TG) will provide training to an undisclosed number of candidates in support of Force Protection Operations. The program, when complete, will provide host nation forces with a separate and dedicated Force Protection capability specifically designed to support host nation troops and host nation operations. The program will include, but not be limited to, the following: • Mobile Security Operations • Convoy Security • Surveillance Detection Techniques • Insertion/Extraction Security • Firearms Training • Operational Equipment Assessment

1. Force Protection Program The Primary Phase is designed to provide the host nation with the capability described in Section I. This training is provided and conducted by TG and TG personnel. Costs for the Primary Phase will be variable in accordance with how many personnel are required to initially be trained as well as which skill sets are requested. General guidelines require an Instructor/Student ratio of 1:5 but are variable in accordance with the different training sections as laid out in Section I or further requested by host nation.

The Secondary Phase is capable of developing all processes such as recruiting, administration, certification, inventory control and maintenance/repair/replacement as well as other processes requested by host nation. Costs associated with Secondary Phase will be estimated in accordance with size and scope of the approved development plan.

The Final Phase is designed to provide a complete Train the Trainer program at the outset. Once the requisite numbers of Instructors are trained and the program of internal replenishment of Trainers is underway, the Final Phase will transition into a Consulting

contract so that the host nation has consultants available for support with provided programs or overreaching requests not addressed by contracted phase’s content. The costs associated with Final Phase include labor for TG Instructors to provide Train the Trainer services as well as a rotating retainer based fee from which contracted consulting rates will be invoiced from, and paid to, TG until the host nation decides a full time dedicated consulting program is no longer necessary.

It is possible for Primary Phase to be executed concurrently with Secondary Phase but the Final Phase is a separately executed phase.

Time Frame to Accomplish Approved Phases – The time frame necessary to accomplish each Phase is variable in accordance with the approved program and program duration. The time necessary to initiate the program is estimated as follows:

• Program Initiation – This step requires a face-to-face visit in order to determine the full scope of operations. The determination of operational scope can certainly be determined through email and phone con but a direct meeting is preferred.

Once the full scope is determined; cost estimations will be prepared within three (3) days and submitted to host nation for approval. Once funds are deposited, TG will need up to ten (10) working days to develop and solidify the training program, COI and course materials. At this point, the determination of course length will be made.

Visa procurement for Instructors usually take up to two (2) weeks to procure but this process may be truncated through host nation support. Once Visa’s are received, TG will be ready to re-position in host nation.

•Phase Durations – Each Phase duration will be separately determined. Time span between each phase is a determination of host nation as TG is capable of running Initial Phase and Secondary Phase simultaneously. Final Phase could be initiated immediately following conclusion of previous phases. Each tasking execution is fluid and flexible. The time frames provided are best estimates but subject to unforeseen delays and roadblocks.


Program Overview – Below is the training course offerings for the Convoy & Immediate Action Drills Program. This program delivers hands on, intensifi ed training that prepares military personnel to move convoys and soldiers across the battlefi eld in a secure manner. Students will learn how to secure themselves, their equipment, and vehicles as they travel through high threat areas. Students will also learn how to conduct immediate action drills when ambushed. All training topics provide for a basic, intermediate, and advanced course. Additionally, train-the-trainer courses are provided.

Program Overview - Our counter-narcotics services consists of four pronged approach to eradicating the trafficking, use, and abuse of illicit drugs. We provide our clients with newly developed, cutting-edged illicit drug identification field test kits. These kits are safer and more accurate than any other drug test kit on the market. We can design, equip, staff, and operate high end drug analysis test laboratories. Additionally, we provide in-patient and out-patient drug rehabilitation programs for drug users. Finally, we provide high quality drug trafficking investigative training. Our training was designed and derived from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).

We can train client personnel to staff and operate the lab.

We are capable of setting up a drug rehab program with experts specializing in these services to assist those who abuse and overdose from using drugs.
