At Architecture Continuous , we look at architecture as a conscious and a continuous quest to define environments that induces the most appropriate experience to the end-user in response to the matrix of pragmatic concerns interwoven with the sensibilities. Programmatic requirements, the site conditions, climate, culture, life style, economics, technical feasibilities form the matrix of Pragmatic concerns and the aesthetics form the sensibility. For us, it is a journey of different thoughts and skills communicated and coordinated across chequered board of various professionals towards the ultimate collective goal- Material manifestation of dreams. It is a bridge built on the Piers of creativity, innovation, flexibility and adaptability to connect the dreams and reality. It is a process and a quest to define the unknown.TRANSCRIPT

houses brings something new to the table in a city such as Bangalore.
RESIDENTIAL
The context of the site setting was the
major factor that influenced the design.
The site sitting in a thick green pocket
in the middle of a dense urban hub
was a great challenge as the design
brief was not to disturb the surrounding
old trees. the front balconies treated
with glass facade not only exploits the
green view in front but also acts as a
buffer between the private inner
spaces which can be controlled by the
residents using the sliding shutters .
Dr. Sundaram’s Residence Wilson Garden ,Bangalore
The play of volumes was extensively used
in the design by varying the heights and
proportions of spaces which was visually
accentuated by the inflow of light from the
sky lit courtyards. The interweaving of the
various spaces establishes a visual
connection and helps in the family bonding.
The minimalistic approach to the design of
interiors underlines the luxury of an open
space the leads to a tranquil state of mind
of the residents.

of The project is an
interpretation of a “ House with
a courtyard “ The house was
designed with all the rooms
and private spaces around the
central court which also acts as a living space. it was
essential to maintain the
privacy of the space like the

include it to the main space
where the guest are received
