Architecture: We are ready to design pretty much anything. We are experienced though in the residential/apartment buildings, hotels, office buildings, hospitals/clinics, casinos, multiplex cinemas, stand alone markets.

Corporate design:We know how to create a valuable brand. Beginning from the right name, thru the stylish logotype with a slogan, colours and all the additional promoting materials or even advertising cam-paigns.

Interior design:We are highly experienced in many fields. We observe people behaviour and we know how to influence on it. How to make people happy with the design perfectly matched to their expectations. We have created hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, hospitals, kinder gardens, retail stores, banks, offices, private apartments, houses and many more.

Polish artist’s area. All design uses influences of local photographs,

Extract currently developes the complete architecture (exterior and interior)

for the 4 star boutique hotel Kamien, on the beautiful Polish lake Kamienski.

The design integrates traditional local architecture from the area, appealing

to the sophisticated target group travelling to region.

Hotel Mazuria

Extract is currently developing a golf lodge, integrating the area design, architecture, interior design, branding and golf course layout. The Golf&Lodge includes a wide range of advantages such as individual houses, close to nature, modern interior design and a strong focus onto privacy. All branded apropriately.

Extract has designed interiors for the decent 4 star hotel with a luxurious

5 star look and solutions. Contemporary European interior design spiced up

with Arabic details. The hotel is located in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

The opening will be at the end of 2016.

Extract is currently developing interior design for the highest tower hotel at the

Polish seaside. 4 star 16 floor tower just 200m away from the beach with a mix

of classical and modern look.


Hotel Onyx

Extract is working on another hotel project in Saudi Arabia - Dammam. We are

designing the exterior architecture of the building, as well as the functional

layout and interior design in the later stage. We were asked to present the

modern international quality architecture. The interior design will follow the

same expectations with the use of european furniture and finishing materials.

Hotel Al-Habib

Extract is currently designing a 5 star hotel in Ponto de Sol, Santo Antao,

Cabo Verde. The hotel will be on the cliff chosen by National Geographic one

of the ten most beautiful cliff views on the World. We are designing a boutique

40 room high standard hotel with infinity pool, rooftop restaurant and SPA.

Poland’s largest Casino chain is currently being re-branded and refurbished

by Extract. 4 casinos will open still in 2012, starting with the first Hit Casi-

no Rzeszow in March. The design remembers traditional casinos, built in the

golden age, whilst architecture mixes such elements with modern and

colourful items.

The interior architecture of Helios’ cinemas in Poland is re-designed

by Extract. The first six completely new cinemas show increasing numbers

of clients and sales. The image has become warmer, classier and thus makes

visitors stay longer, spend more and enjoy the Helios experience.

We have designed a development of the image for the largest cinema chain

in Europe - Cine World Cinemas from UK. The first cinema according to our

design is in progress in the suburbs of London.

The View Warsaw - there was the great idea from the owner of the club.

Extract has developed it and wrapped into a beautiful design.

The highest open skybar in Europe. The most luxurious club in Poland.

The hottest place to be for the coolest people.

Extract designs all restaurants of the Café Nescafé chain in Poland. Until

today there have been 30 restaurants re-designed. Sales in all restaurants

went up from at least 30% to 200%, selling exactly the same products

as before.

We are currently developing interiors of the finest 650m2 restaurant in the

Lounge & Grill

Extract has been asked to create and design 2 restaurants in DUSseldorf

International Airport. Quattro Stagioni and Crossroads. From the logo,

thru the vision till each detail. Designed in a complex way for the Frequent

Flyers.

We have designed and then were responsible for the furniture fit out

including many custom made elements like originaly prepared azujeos,

etc. of the exclusive spanish restaurant of Magda Gessler in Warsaw at

Nowy Świat.

We have created, designed and fitted out the whole new coffee shop concept

Helios Café in the shopping malls. It‘s supposed to be a place to relax in a cosy

atmosphere in between the shopping activity.

We‘ve designed a small Italian restaurant Mille Luci in the modern

convention. Despite the small budget we managed to create a pleasant

atmosphere. A key element of this place is a picture of the Italian streets

enlarged to the entire wall and illuminated so that it appears as if the

visitors were in Venice, not Warsaw Grochow.

Extract fully integrated job. From the logo and colors thru new image

and interior design manual till complex furniture production and turn key

installation in Africa. Still after we have launched advertising campaign

including bank‘s own song, TV films, billboards, main slogan and many others.

Caixa Economica Bank

We have redesigned the flagship car showroom for Volvo in Poland according

to the new Volvo guideline from Sweden. With the new car models it has got

a new image of interior as well.

We have created a new visual communication for the Emprofac - general

importer of drugs and healthcare equipment in the Republic of Cape

Verde. Interior design is consistent with the new logo, new color scheme and

graphic forms. This allows the interior becomes a tailored element of visual

communication.

Extract developes a complete re-design of Cape Verde‘s main hospital.

This starts with signage, logo, slogan and branding and includes the interior

architecture waiting zones and public spaces. All with the one aim: providing

a clean and comfortable experience at the hospital that makes you get back

to the health faster. The hospital was presented by Prime Minister and Health

Minister of Cape Verde Republic.

the full involvement of the mess associated with construction. That‘s why
