A 40,000 S.F. performing arts center on the shores of Lake Michigan,

including a traditional proscenium theater as well as a black box

experimental theater. Designed to take guests on a journey through

structure, selectively revealing views of the city and lake on the way to a

performance. This theater also seeks to have a minimal impact on a

site which is heavily used by the public for outdoor recreation

throughout the year.

The UP Hotel is a 453,000 S.F. 40-story luxury hotel seeking to fill a

gap in available accommodation to the Southwest of the Chicago

Loop. This hotel appeals to multiple markets by having extensive

conference facilities in addition to all of the amenities of a luxury

hotel. In addition to its other services, the hotel contains space for a

restaurant, lounge, and convenience store. Continuing Chicago's

tradition of responsible urban space, this building also meets the

requirements for LEED Silver certification.

- 3 levels of internal, above ground parking

- 18,100 S.F. of conference space, spa, and gym facilities

- 594 hotel rooms
