Bidder will submit list of materials with specifications as to quality and quantity as required on site at least one month inadvance to Employer. Such specifications shall be submitted along with the Price list and the vendor list. Employershall at its sole discretion either supply below or at par with the purchase rate or give consent to bidder for the
Employer will supply RMC, Steel and major finishing items along with MEP materials on a star rate basis as mentionedabove. Employer shall give all VAT bill to Contractor and it shall be consignee name in form of bid. Any increase ordecrease on the star rate will be in Employer’s account adjusted from RA Bill. Variation in the wastage is agreed byAriisto and bider. Employer will be liable to supply the fixed quantity according to the project and if any additionalquantity will be required to be procured by bidder for any reasons attributable to bidder and or on account of additionalwastage or for any other reasons it will be at the sole cost of bidder.
Above mentioned basic price of materials are the landed cost of materials at Project site including all taxes, duties,cesses including VAT, Central & Local taxes, Loading, Transportation etc. complete. The unloading shall be factored inthe overall item rate.
Contractor should submit the Reconcilation Statement along with Running Account Bill (RA Bill). Contractor should takeall necessary care to see that wastage should not be exceeded % mentioned . If wastage exceeds by below mentionedwastage %, cost of the extra wastage shall be recovered at 10% higher than supply rate and shall be deducted fromRunning Bill. For Rolling Margin, Testing shall be done from every lot of steel of all diameter received at site andwastage shall be calculated based on rolling margin

5The Contractor, before procuring any item with base rate shall provide all documentary justification (three quotes) forthe base rate of materials. Final decision on supplier will be by Employer.
Formula for Basic price variation reimbursement is, = [(Actual procurement price - Basic Price)] + Appropriate Tax, if applicable.

As per information PT bonding system is used and also weare breaking only concrete not any reinforcement and tendonso no need of destressing.
Punchured SlabAfter introducing additional columns, whether the puncheredslab will be PT or not. Kindly confirm. If PT then kindly confirmthe scope of Re-stressing.
These additional columns are not crossing any tendon andalso we are breaking only concrete not any reinforcement andtendon so Re-stressing is not required
New Slab & PT Beam ConnectionAs per drawings, the beams are PT beams, so kindly providethe details of connection of new slab with existing PT beams.
New slab beams are coming at the back side of lift only sowhereas old and new slab and beam connection is requiredwe will do epoxy grouting or equivalent.
Grade of Concrete
From drawings we understand that the existing slab grade isM40, whereas the grade of new concrete works is mentionedas M60 as per BOQ. Kindly provide the details of bonding inbetween
M60 grade is used for column, for additional column we arebreaking concrete at junction. For new column and slab/beamand raft provide Nitobond or equivalent for old and newconcrete bonding
