respe%t t# Se%#ndary *5 <ights in :##ds) all rights $r#m *llumina that are ne%essary $#r its intended use #$:##ds in the ust#mer ield #$ Cse) as it may 'e amended pursuant t# Se%ti#n 3('". >?@.

designee t#) >?@ s%hedule and %#mplete installati#n #$ *nstruments ithin >?@. *llumina ill pr#&ide

ust#mer ith any prede$ined spe%i$i%ati#ns #r reuirements $#r the a%ility that are ne%essary $#r the

installati#n #$ the *nstrument. *$ >?@ the a%ility d#es n#t meet su%h prede$ined spe%i$i%ati#ns #rreuirements $#r the installati#n #$ su%h *nstrument) then ust#mer agrees t# >?@ 'ring the a%ility ithin

7. Shipping8 7itle and isk of /oss(

a. +#%umentati#n and 5a%aging. 5ri#r t# ea%h shipment #$ #nsuma'les) *llumina shall

per$#rm uality %#ntr#l testing pr#%edures and inspe%ti#ns t# &eri$y that the #nsuma'les t# 'e shipped%#n$#rm t# the Spe%i$i%ati#ns. *llumina shall >?@ pr#&ide #nsuma'les $r#m #ne pr#du%ti#n l#t per

shipment >?@. All #nsuma'les deli&ered hereunder shall 'e pa%aged in %#ntainers suita'le $#r shipment in

a%%#rdan%e ith the Spe%i$i%ati#ns #r as #therise agreed 'y the 5arties in riting. Ea%h su%h shipmentill 'e la'eled ith a des%ripti#n #$ its %#ntents) in%luding uantity #$ #nsuma'les :##ds) and date #$

manu$a%ture) and the ust#mer pur%hase #rder num'er pursuant t# hi%h it is 'eing deli&ered.
