    Over 60% reduction in the average permitting timelines for the most complex permits that industry needs

    Over 25% reduction in the Vehicle Emissions Inspection fees in Maricopa County

    Over 50% reduction in the average time required to return facilities to compliance

    Over 70% reduction in the average time to retrieve public records

    Closed 2 State Superfund Sites in the last 2 years (0 closures in the previous 15+ years)

    More than doubled the number of state-led underground storage tank clean-ups (as compared to 2011)

    Responsible for 53% of the improvement projects listed in the 2013 Government Transformation Office Report
