National Government

• Three prulers (president rulers) of our civilization-one leads executive branch, one leads judicial branch, one leads legislative branch

• Elections every five years and only one term in office

• Prulers each have one vice-pruler• One State Representative per 1 million people and

three Senators per state in national government

Local Government

• Three srulers (state rulers) per state who make decisions for the states and represent state legislature

• One cruler (city ruler) per city who also are involved in state legislative decisions

• Residents elect all the rulers

Education

• One K-12 public school per 5,000 people• Separate private schools and colleges• One community college per city• Scholarships are given if the student maintains a B+ average

for private schools and colleges• Sport scholarships are available maintaining a B average.

Safety Net

• Financial aid is offered to people with Five or more kids, and people or families who make less than 40,000 florens per year. The safety net includes education, shelter, food, transportation, and clothing.

• Homeless shelters and food drives

Military

• Military is voluntary and has good pay and health benefits included during and after your service

• Pay ranges from 150,000-300,000 florens per year depending on rank

• Military pension is 75,000 florens per year, and begins 15 years after end of service

• The military uses hovercrafts to transport soldiers in and out of battle

Law Enforcement and Judicial System

• Highly trained police force• The police take rounds around the cities day and night• Government agencies protect the welfare of the country• 15 jrulers per state who are judges for the courts

Laws

• No killing unless in self-defense• Driving age is 16• Drinking age is 19• Freedom of speech, religion, petition,

assembly, and freedom of the press• Rights to own a personal firearm• Innocent until proven guilty

Health Care

• Free health care is provided by the government

• The health care plan covers all medical fees• Upgraded health care plans are available for a

price, and includes coverage of dental fees

Economic System• Arkham’s currency are called florens• Florens are worth approximately 1.2 U.S. dollars• All stores in Arkham have credit for people who cannot pay full price

immediately• Credit and debit cards are available• Citizens of Arkham are taxed by the government• Tax deductions are available for people that are not as wealthy

Relationships with Other Civilizations

• Arkham keeps a sustainable relationships with neighboring civilizations for reasons of trade and to have allies in case of world war

• Arkham encourages neighboring civilizations to be sustainable

• Arkham imports and exports resources to its neighboring countries

Transportation• All vehicles are required to get at least 15 miles per gallon• There is public transportation available• Hovercrafts are only used by government officials and as government

funded public transportation• The majority of the general public use fuel efficient hybrid vehicles

Access to Natural Resources• Arkham’s water supply comes from mountain springs and local rivers• One region of Arkham is rich in oil and natural gas• Arkham has coastlines where fishing is practiced• There are also many farms and other sources of agricultural products• There are many forest areas, where sustainable logging is practiced• The rest of Arkham’s resources are imported from neighboring civilizations

Parks and Recreation

• National Parks are spread out among the region

• There are three big recreational parks for every 5,000 people

• The government encourages people to stay healthy and exercise at the parks at least once a day
