- Assess Alumni needs concerning different types of activities - Develop new events dedicated to the Alumni network - Main responsible for organising Alumni events - Mentorship program coordinator

- Facilitate connections within Alumni network and between Alumni and AIESEC - Work as an account manager with Alumni involved in AIESEC and AIESEC projects - Database management - Editor of the Alumni newsletter - Alumni in the press - Inform and update Alumni network of AIESEC events - Mentorship program coordinator

- Supervise and grow BoA and AAT Alumni group - Increase the support of Alumni for AIESEC - Identifies needs and resources in the LC concerning Alumni - Obtains financial, logistical and know-kow resources - Link AIESEC Alumni to AIESEC partners for increased awareness and support for the organization
