Objective

To create a ARN hardcoded link for distributor to share with his investors for transactions

Prerequisites

1. ARN and EUIN should be valid 2. ARN should be empanelled with HDFC AMC 3. Investors who want to transact should be KYC and FATCA verified and should have

valid contact details updated on their folios where transaction approval OTPs will be sent.

4. KYC verified investors can proceed with folio creation in case they don't have any existing folio with HDFC MF

5. Valid for single holding folios for Resident Individual Tax Status. 6. Valid for existing Resident Individual Minor Folio Tax Status.

Phase 2 – Newly added features

1. Scheme name, Scheme made optional while generating link by distributor. This keeps the link open to selection of scheme and amount at investor end. This can therefore be used as common link for any investor for online purchase and the ARN and EUIN and Transaction type (Purchase/SIP/SIP renewal) will be the only things mandatory

2. "Copy" button has been added next to generated link for ease of use 3. Transaction to be enabled for Minor Tax status & investment in CGF scheme for

existing minor investors. (Being upgraded under SEBI circular for Minor folios to accept only from guardian w/ minor or minor accounts. Meanwhile, any transactions not confirming to this change will be validated and rejected at backend by CAMS)

1. Distributor goes to link and chooses type of transaction – Purchase, SIP or SIP renewal 2. Distributor Type – The above link can be created for all distributors empanelled with us – IFA, ND, Bank, RIA etc 3. Distributor Chooses Scheme name – this is optional. This is auto selected for Non – NFO schemes. In the event of

any ongoing NFO, this needs to be unselected and NFO schemes will be visible 4. Distributor chooses scheme option – this is optional and can be left for the investor to choose 5. Distributor selected Amount – this is optional and can be left for the investor to choose

6. Search for ARN in this tab by ARN code or Name. This will show EUIN as well 7. Input Sub broker Code – if applicable, else can be left blank 8. this will be auto selected. Otherwise this will be blank) 10. Click on generate to create unique hardcoded ARN link

Two links will be generated. One short URL and one long URL. These can be shared with investor for transactions. This link is to be copied and pasted as per requirement manually by the distributor.
