5; check website for times) — Let the games begin! It’s the beginning of March Madness season, kicked off by the Missouri Conference tournament that brings four

First Fridays at the St. Louis Science Center: Harry Potter (Fr. Mar 3; 6 pm doors open) — Learn the

real science behind science fiction at First Fridays events! Each month has a different theme (this month is Harry Potter), fea-tures free hands-on activities, and culminates with a free 10 pm screening of a classic science fiction move in the OMNIMAX® Theater. Tickets for show are available starting at 6 pm on the evening of the First Friday event and distributed on a first come, first served basis. Brice and Justin Moore’s co-headlining American Made tour kicked off in January and has since drawn capacity crowds in ven-ues across the US. And, now, the country stars have arrived in St. Louis. Fans are showing up in droves to catch Lee, Justin and tour opener, William Michael Morgan, perform more than three hours of back-to-back hits, plus sneak-peeks of new songs not yet available to the public. A Grr-ific Block Party with the Nine Network at the Magic House (Sat. Mar. 4, 9:30 am-5 pm) —

There’s a new tiger on the block, and the Magic House is welcoming him to the neighborhood with a super, fun neighborhood block party! Meet Daniel Tiger, explore Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood: A Grr-ific Exhibit, show off your best moves at a dance

party, make a character mask and get to know some of the community helpers. No reservations are required. Cost: This event is free with Museum admission. With a paid adult admission and the donation of a new book or package of diapers ($10 mini-mum value) to East St. Louis Early Learning Partnership, children 12 and under will receive free Museum admission. Orchid Show at the Saint Louis Botanical Gardens (Through Mar. 26, 9 am-5 pm daily) — The annual Or-

chid Show offers visitors a once-a-year opportunity to see a rotating display of hundreds of orchids from the Garden’s expan-sive permanent living collection amid a tropical oasis inside the Orthwein Floral Display Hall. This year's show celebrates va-nilla!
