Founded 1900, the Arpin Group continues to be owned and

operated by the Arpin family. The Arpin Group is financially

sound with a sole focus on the shipment and storage of

household goods, event management, fine arts and show

freight.

Arpin Group’s resources and assets centre on empathetic

professionals - many of whom have lived overseas and

experienced multiple international moves. Our global coverage

Group recently acquired Arpin Rhema China, located in

Shanghai, China to compliment the existing Arpin Group offices

in Singapore and Hong Kong.

Arpin Group is one of the largest worldwide household goods

moving companies that is not owned by, nor do we own, a third-

party relocation management services corporation. Our

relocation management company without any conflict of

The Arpin ExperienceThe Arpin Group assigns a dedicated relocation

coordinator to guide each assignee through the entire

moving process. Our coordinators are day to day move

managers who take the time to listen to the needs and

requirements of our customers. Our success lies in the

ability to adapt to our customers needs by addressing

individual expectations and providing solutions for each

individual move.

Our dedicated coordinators manage the door-to-door

moving process by using a state of the art computer

system. Time sensitive prompts automatically trigger

activity ensuring swift and effective moves. Close and

with global relocation.

CSS takes global storage data in any format and

performs an audit on the information. The data is then

used to audit supplier rates, manage the invoice

process and provide information back to the client.

ArpinAIRE℠ (Automated International Rate Estimator)

is our web based estimator and tracking system. With

a unique username and password you can gather

quotes quickly for air and sea shipments. This is ideal

for cost projections. The system also enables you to

track shipments worldwide.

SecurityThe Arpin Group in the United States are C-TPAT

certified which gives us priority clearance in the USA.

This enables a faster and more reliable delivery process

when importing items to the United States and thus

reducing costs.

our clients achieve their relocation policy objectives.

We offer a range of groundbreaking and cost-effective

solutions which ensure successful relocations and

cost-savings.

Quality ProgrammeIt is Arpin Group’s goal to provide the best value and

service consistency. To that end, we have outsourced

our Quality Services Reporting (QSR) programme to

Parsifal Corporation, a quality and cost audit firm.

Parsifal are widely acknowledged as the most

experienced and reputable auditing firm in the moving

industry. On our behalf and subject to our client’s

approval, Parsifal contacts every transferee we move to

collect their feedback. Questions relating to the

service quality provided by the Relocation Coordinator,

Origin Agent and Destination Agent together with

timeliness and ease of communication are solicited.


By outsourcing our Quality Services Reporting to an

independent audit firm we are able to collect unbiased

feedback, which is the most effective tool towards

continuous quality improvement internally and

externally. Ultimately this information improves our risk

management.

Our continuous quality improvement and risk

management programme has resulted in the Arpin

Group receiving numerous service quality awards and

recognition from clients over the years.

For areas that are not directly covered by our strategic

Environmental Sustainability

Arpin Renewable Energy, a wholly-owned Arpin Group

company, is the first research and development

company within the moving and storage industry that

is dedicated to developing products that address

climate change to help create a cleaner environment.

Arpin Renewable Energy also manages and implements

all green initiatives across all Arpin Group subsidiaries.

Measurable environmental improvements that have

yielded both economic and environmental benefits

include:

➡ The purchase of enough offsets through Arpin

Group’s partnership with TerraPass to completely

eliminate the carbon imprint of all Arpin Group’s

subsidiaries and offices worldwide including

through employee travel and commuting. TerraPass

is a company that assists organisations define

changes they can make to reduce their emissions

and qualify their work for carbon crediting.

➡ The ongoing retrofitting of Arpin Group's offices

with new lighting and sensors. This effort by Arpin

Renewable Energy will allow Arpin Group to reduce

greenhouse gases (CO2) by 299,245 annually. The

estimated annually savings are 272,040.62 KWH

and $31,400.

➡ Every element (heavy-duty cardboard, paper etc) is

recycled and does not end up in land fill. The

company only purchases packing materials from

companies that are practicing sustainable forestry.

➡ All of the Arpin Group use only recycled paper for

printing and buy and distribute only earth friendly

products. All office locations recycle cans and

glass.

Liability

Arpin Group can arrange transit insurance for the

movement and storage of household goods and

personal effects for your company’s transferees.

The cover provides full replacement or repair subject to

a completed value inventory list.
