This leaflet is an initial introductionto CABEs new schools design qualityprogramme, which is supporting the 45billion Building Schools for the Future(BSF) initiative. It summarises CABEsinvolvement from the pre-procurementprocess onwards and the key issues onwhich CABE will advise local authorities.

It outlines the key stages in the designquality programme, and additional helpthat is available from CABE.
