L’azienda.Arredo Park è una fabbrica che dal

1978, anno della sua fondazione,

è focalizzata nella progettazione e

costruzione di attrezzature ludiche

per parchi gioco, arredo urbano ed

arredamento d’interni per scuole e

comunità.

Costruiamo articoli che gli utilizzatori

finali, quindi i bambini, possano

usufruire in totale sicurezza nel

rispetto delle leggi vigenti, perciò i

nostri prodotti sono certificati dagli

enti preposti già dai primi anni 90.

1978, the year of its foundation,

is focused in the design and the

construction of equipment for

playgrounds, street furniture and

interior decor for schools and

communities.

which are the final users, can use

in total safety and in compliance

authorities in charge since the early

Acciaio.La struttura portante delle attrezzature gioco è realizzata

in acciaio, elemento riciclato e riciclabile al 100%,

materiale con buona resistenza alla trazione che può

essere deformato senza rompersi. L’acciaio soggetto

alla corrosione galvanica viene protetto con zincatura a

caldo che produce un film protettivo su tutte le superfici

del manufatto (dentro e fuori). Essendo il componente

immerso in un bagno di zinco (450°) l’acciaio si lega

allo zinco come una serie di strati di leghe a diversa

composizione dei due metalli. Per questa ragione,

il rivestimento di zinco risulta come “saldato” sulla

superficie dell’acciaio cioè fissato in maniera indissolubile,

a differenza di altri trattamenti anticorrosivi come le

verniciature. Per tutte le caratteristiche sopra riportate

questa linea giochi è pensata per una notevole durata

anche contro gli atti di vandalismo.

Steel.The supporting structure of the game equipment is

made of steel, recycled and recyclable item at 100%. This

material has good resistance tensile strength that can be

deformed without breaking. The steel subject to galvanic

corrosion is protected with hot-dip galvanizing which

produces a protective film on all surfaces of the article

(inside and outside). Being the component immersed in

a zinc bath (450 °), the steel binds to zinc as a series of

layers of different composition of the two metals. For this

reason, the zinc layer results as “welded” and inseparably

fixed on the steel surface, in contrast to other anti-corrosive

treatments such as coatings. For the above mentioned

characteristics this games production is designed for a

long time resistance even against vandalism.

Corda Erkules.Le reti, maniglie, scalette a pioli e

funi di arrampicata, sono realizzate

in corda di acciaio flessibile con

rivestimento in perlon elettrosaldato,

che ne garantisce la portata e la

resistenza.

Rope Ercules.Networks, grab bars, ladders and

climbing ropes are all made of flexible

steel rope and coated with electro-

coating perlon, which guarantees its

load capacity and resistance.

Polietilene.Le corsie scivolo, i tetti delle

torrette, le balaustre, le arrampicate

e i pannelli gioco sono realizzati

in polietilene colorato (riciclabile

100%), componenti a contatto con

l’utente e in grado di dissipare e

isolare dal calore. Il polietilene viene

arricchito con elementi Anti UV, che

ne mantengono inalterato il colore

nel tempo. Altro grado di sicurezza

del polietilene arricchito per essere

autoestinguente.

Polyethylene.The ramp lanes, the roofs of the

turrets, the balustrades, the climbing

lanes and the playing panels are

made of colored polyethylene (100%

recyclable). This component can

dissipate and isolate the heat when

the kids are using the game. The

polyethylene is enriched with Anti

UV elements, which preserve their

color over time. Other degree of

security of the polyethylene is its self-

extinguishing characteristic.

Carply.I piani di calpestio sono realizzati con

multistrato ad incollaggio fenolico

con superficie sintetica zigrinata,

ottimo per l’uso esterno in qualsiasi

condizione come antiscivolo.

Carply.The walking surfaces are made

of plywood, phenolic gluing with

synthetic surface knurled, which is

great for outdoor use as anti-slip in all

weather conditions.

adatta all’altezza di caduta secondo le

specifiche della normativa EN 1176.

Nel seguito illustriamo le possibili

1.Anti-trauma dimpled mat that creates

an ecological safety surface as made

from recycled rubber. The mat is

primarily used on breeding ground and

it allows the grass to grow.

The main features:

• it absorbs impacts and noises;

• maximum critical fall height of 3m

in accordance with the European

Directive EN 1177;

• it is easy to use for its reduced

weight;

• it is non-slippery thanks to its

honeycomb geometry;

• it is well-draining;

• the grass growth creates high

stability and brings compactness

• it adapts to the ground below,

2.Pavimentazione anti trauma in gomma

riciclata 100%, realizzata in materiale

totalmente atossico, inoltre è igienico,

facile da pulire ed isolante da fondi

sporchi e da liquidi di deposito.

Altre caratteristiche sostanziali:

• anti sdrucciolo, studiato per

resistere all’usura nel tempo e degli

agenti atmosferici;

2.Anti-trauma pavement made by 100%

recycled rubber. This floor covering is

totally made of non-toxic material. It

is hygienic, as it is easy to clean and

to insulate from dirty grounds and

liquids storages.

Other significant features:

• Slip-resistant, designed to

resist the erosion of time and

atmospheric agents;

• maximum critical fall height of 3m

in accordance with to European

Directive EN 1177;

• non-slip, for indoor and outdoor;

• resistant to heat and frost;

• thermal insulation, which avoids

contact with cold grounds in

winter;

• acoustic insulation, which reduces

impact noises.

3.Pannello ammortizzante realizzato

con polietilene espanso accoppiato

perforato. Progettato per l’utilizzo

come sottofondo d’erba sintetica.

I pannelli hanno una geometria a

puzzle per una semplice installazione.

Il polietilene offre eccellenti proprietà

drenanti in quanto non assorbe liquidi.

I cuscinetti ammortizzatori sono di

lunga durata e di alta qualità.
