CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR ART & CRAFT EXPO
1. All entries must be made on official entry forms and submitted to the above address no later than Friday 23 March 2018
2. Organisers will display exhibits at the Tea Gardens Public School, Tea Gardens from 6.30pm Thursday 29 March to 3.00pm
Monday 2 April 2018.
3. All art entries must be suitably framed with wire/string attached ready to hang. Title of work and price for sale must be
clearly indicated on the back of artwork. Craft items will be offered for sale at the prices marked.
4. All entries must be the original work of the exhibitor.
5. Organisers will deduct 25% commission from all Art Sales and 20% from all Craft Sales. All sales will be administered by the
committee. Payment for sales will be made by EFT within 14days of the closure of the exhibition.
6. There are no specific Art or Craft mediums.
7. The Committee is entitled to offer and item for sale for the price endorsed on the entry form.
8. Greatest possible care will be taken BUT no liability will be accepted for loss or damage of exhibits. The Committee advises
exhibitors to have their own adequate insurance.
9. ART exhibits to be delivered to the venue between 10.00am and 2.00pm Tuesday 27 March
10. CRAFT exhibits to be delivered to the venue between 10.00am and 2.00pm Wednesday 28 March
11. ART & CRAFT to be picked up from Tea Gardens Public School from 4.00pm Monday 2 April 12. Every endeavour shall be made to exhibit all entries, however should space be restricted, the Committee will represent each
artist, reserving the right to determine which entries will be exhibited. As paintings are purchased reserve stock (if any) will be
hung.
13. Artists are responsible for any costs incurred in delivery or return of exhibits.
14. The Committee reserves the right to allow reproduction of exhibitors work by the press or television.
15. Unsold exhibits and craft to be collected from Tea Gardens Public School, Witt Street. Tea Gardens
16. Proof of identity may be required from exhibitors wishing to collect items at the conclusion of the Expo.
