CarpentryAll our items are realized from this division, using different types of wood, from the classics to the most valuables. The procedure is done through computer numerical control machines and manual labour, maintaining the craftmaship quality of all mirrors and furniture.

LacqueringOur furniture and mirrors are carefully finished using different techniques, from silver and golden leaf to various lacquerings and coatings.

Glass cuttingThe glass cutting is performed by the computer numerical control machine once programmed by our technical department. Once cut, the glass is adjusted by hand to the wooden structure of the item.

BevellingThanks to numerical control machines, our technicians perform the polished edge and the bevel on the linear glasses.

11 Artistic bevellingOur glass masters use different wheels to chamfer and get shiny the glass pieces that will be used on the mirrors and furniture, all handmade as per Murano traditions.

EngravingThis is the most important part of our production, it requires great mastery and creativity in the drawing of the glass and skill in performing the artistic work by choosing the appropriate wheel to create the desired type of engraving.

SilveringOnce engraved and bevelled the glass is cleaned through different steps before it can be mirrored with the spray application of silver nitrate. Thanks to decades of experience we are able to perform different types of antiqued and polychromed finishings with a copper plating anti-corrosion.

Polishing and cleaningAfter being silvered, all glass are carefully cleaned and checked one by one to avoid any defect.

AssemblyOur team performs the assembly of mirrors and furniture choosing for every shape the best pieces of mirror, decorating them with curls, twisted ropes, leaves and flowers exclusively handmade by our master glassmakers.

Quality controlAfter the assembly there is the quality control, both from a technical standpoint both the finish and details, making sure that everything answers to the customers requests.

PackagingAll items are packed in wooden crates suitable to their size and protected by bubble wrap, pressed recycled paper and polystyrene inside. The crates are thoroughly prepared for each kind of transport: air, sea and truck transport.

Customer serviceOur staff pays attention to find the best solutions to meet and guarantee all the customer’s needs.If it is requested, we arrange the shipment on behalf of the customer and we are able to provide quickly spare parts and solve any kind of complaints or damage happened during the transport, the assembly and use.
