We conducted our review in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagement (SRE} 2410, "sevtew of Interim Financial Information Performed by the Independent Auditor of the Entity" issued by the institute of Chartered Accountants of India. This standard requires that we plan and perform the review to obtain moderate assurance as to whether the Statement is free of material nusstarement. A review is limited primarily to inquiries of the Company's personnel and analvucal procedures applied to financial data and thus provides less assurance than an audit. We have not performed an audit and accordingly, we do not express an audit opinion.

The preparation of the statement in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in Indian Accounting Standard 34, "Interim Financial Reporting" (''Ind AS 34H) prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Rule 3 of Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules 201 S, as amended, and the Circular is the responsibility of the Company's management and has been approved by the Board of Directors of the company. We did not review the interim financial results of the subsidlarles included in the Statement whose Interim financial results. reflect the Group's share in The profit before tax is Rs 1619.25 lakhs for the half year ended 30tnSeptember 2018, and the Group's share in the profit after tax of Rs 1028.02 lakhs for the half year ended 3()t"september 2018 as considered in the Statement of the Group. These financial results have been reviewed by other auditors whose report has been furnished to us by the Management. Our report on the Statement of the G~oup, in so far as it related to the amounts and disclosures included in respect of the subsidiaries, is based solely on the reports of the other auditors.
