The French Stickss won an award at the 2010 Innoval Competition and were selected amongst 400 Innovation and Trends products at the Sial 2010

The Serrano Ham is the rear extremity of the white pig, that after a salting and drying process, has to rest and mature in cellars so it looses the content of water, getting elder, acquiring a characteristic taste and flavor to become a unique piece.

Once Cured, All the hams may be boned and vacuum packed. This boned process of our pieces is realized always when hams have completely finished their treatment in order to guarantee the best flavor also in our boned products. Once Boned, the ham can be cut in slices and also vacuum packed so that it turns out to be more practical for the consumer. The slicing is done when the hams have more than 1 year of curing

Also Available in Half and Quarter pieces, It can be presented with a red mesh bag. It can be prepared as natural with V cut, Or be clean in the front size with V cut in the rear side, Or even be clean in the front size and without skin in the rear side, with rectangular shape.

Braized Pork Sirloin pâté

This pâté has a full and intense flavour. With very harmoniou s feelings, a back prolonged taste and amusing nuances of spices.

Discover the most authentic flavor with this duck p âté. Elaborated with duck liver and according to our traditional receipt, the duck pâté is considerate as an exquisite. Moreover, its soft and delicate flavor, doesn´t leave any palate indifferent. The spiced meals are today the options of the varie d world gastronomy, which we have at our range. What is spicy has a high conc entration of vitamin C, which stimulates the production of endorphins, prot eins “of the pleasure”. The spiced meals count many partisans, from there, the growth of the restaurants proposing very seasoned dishes, mainly the Mexican gastronomy, enjoy a great popularity.

Subtlety is the best qualifier which indicates this pâté. It is certain that its texture is smooth like few others and the entry in mouth is very light. Its flavor and its aroma are an explosion of nuances. This co mbination between softness and elegance make it as a splendid gastronomical wo rk of art. It is recommended to serve hot. This fruit has a tasty, juicy and refreshing pulp, which gives special nuances to this pâté. The cherry is considered as a good sourc e of vitamin C and bio flavonoids, which transforms itself into an excelle nt natural antioxidant. Thanks to the Sherry wine these pâté present smooth and soft flavors in mouth. Full, vigorous and with a perfect balance. As it’s well-known, the sirloin is one of the softe st and juicy parts of the pig. Moreover this pâté presents a smoked touch. It is recommended to serve hot.

The Eggplant p âté is typical in a lot of Mediterranean and Middle Eas t countries. It is at the same time a soft and tempting dish, wh ich proves to be difficult to cease eating once started. The Almagro Eggplant is cultivated in some villages of Calatrava field. They are canned with a special seasoning what makes it possible to keep them edible for a long period.
