Muslim’s Articles of faith and Qadiani’s claims: Recitation of Kalima

Preface

Qadianis especially Lahori Qadianis always use this excuse that they recites Kalima and perform prayers, therefore, Muslims should not consider and declare them as non-Muslims.

This excuse is not based on honesty; it is based rather on mischief, a hallmark of Qadianis. In this article we will expose their dishonesty and prove that they are not Muslims by any stretch of the imaginations. Muslims have rightly declared them as non-Muslims and out side the pale of Islam.

Instead of re-producing the evidence already displayed in our previous articles, which is valid and relevant for this article, we will explain why the recitation of Kalima or offering the prayers is not enough to be a Muslim. These are two important articles of faith, no doubt, but these articles of faith in themselves not enough for some one to be a Muslim. To be a Muslim one has to follow other articles of faith, not accepting one article, or purposefully distorting or altering one of the article render one as non-Muslim.

We have divided this expose’ in two segments, the first segment dealt in this article, it deals with the evidence from the Holy Quran that recitation of Kalima is not enough to be a Muslim. In this segment another lie of Lahori Qadiani’s, to claim that Mirza never claimed prophet hood, is exposed from undeniable internal

Page 2: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

evidence, together with another claim “73rd and only saved sect”.

Second segment deals with the issue of finality of Prophet Hood on Prophet SAW, this segment will be dealt separately in another article. This is the thorny issue for the Qadianis, and one of the main reasons the Muslims declare them non-Muslims. We will tackle the second segment in completely different way then done by other writers and commentators.

As a matter of fact, even though the second issue always grab the headlines, but apart from this issue, there is plenty in the writings of Mirza which renders him as non-believer i.e. Kafir.

Articles of Faith

Recently, on forums, we engaged in discussion on different topics with an official of Lahori Qadianis. This interaction started almost two years ago, after the publications of our first article on our Web log.

During our first encounter with the so called Scholar of Lahori cult, he boldly tried to put the following suggestions to us instead of discussing the main thrust of the first article, Mirza’s use of the verses from Surah Al-Jin, that “he is given the knowledge of the Unseen” by Allah SWT, like the true Prophets, according to his claims.

Scholar’s invitations

In his response to our invitation to discuss and debate the main topic of the article, the Scholar in September 2008 wrote:

 September 4th, 2008 at 5:45 pm

Other topics could be:

1. Was Hazrat Mizra sahib a Muslim according to Islam?

2. Did he do any service to Islam or none whatsoever?

Page 3: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

3. Are members of the AAIIL Muslims according to Islam?

4. Has AAIIL done any service to Islam or none?

As on his blog on the first page he writes that we falsely claim that Iqbal was sympathetic to our Movement, let us make that a topic. In fact, just that topic might suffice because he regards Iqbal as a great authority on Islam.

Mr Crank… could also get us a promise from the anti-Ahmadiyya ulama that if I prevail in these debates, they will campaign publicly to have Ahmadis declared as Muslim in Pakistan.

We subsequently tried to engage the Scholar in a discussion and debate on these topics; but he is quite reluctant to engage in very topics he so proudly wanted to discuss back in 2008. Recently, he did engage briefly, but that’s another story.

Conditions set by the Scholar and AAIIL

In 2001 a user belonging to the mainstream Qadiani faction asked the Scholar following questions:

“You still not get my point, you recite Kalima but reject prophet of Allah (swt) what kind of Muslim is this now??Allah (swt) says in Quran to accept my prophet who rejects them is a kafir, why Allah (swt) didnt say ONLY kalima is enuff, you dont anything else!!!!Can I reject all prophets of allah and recite kalima, am I still muslim?? as muslim belive is to belive in all prophets!!, btw the kalima thing is in Hadith and not Holy Quran, dont mean I dont belive in this, BUT only saying Kalima and then rejecting a prophet of Allah(swt), playin with Islam or what??”

In a nutshell, what the mainstream Qadiani follower of Mirza was trying to ask is that the Lahori’s can not be Muslims by rejecting the claims of Prophet Hood of Mirza. He clearly stated his position that recitation of the Kalima is not the only requirement.

Page 4: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

 To his questions the Scholar responded;

(11/30/01 10:03:19)

Could you then tell us what in addition to the Kalima a person has to believe or do in order to be a Muslim?

Secondly, if someone recites the Kalima, accepts everything in the Quran, says that he accepts every prophet who is in the Quran (e.g. Ibrahim, Musa, Isa, etc.), he believes in Allah, angels, Allah's books, and the last day, he prays, fasts, gives zakat, goes for the hajj, then please tell us: would you regard him as a Muslim or not? If not, what extra do you want him to believe or do?

Therefore, we have absolute proofs what the Lahori’s Scholar thinks and what he is written are the conditions to be a Muslim, according to him.

 AAIIL official position:

 1- Writings of Muhammad Ali

A book “The Ahmadiyya Doctrine” was written by Muhammad Ali in 1932. He is considered to be a stalwart by the Lahori’s, it is useful to quote what he has written on this subject; only the relevant passages from the book are quoted.

 Muhammad Ali writes;

“The Ahmadis are called kafir by some fanatical Mullahs. To remove all misunderstanding on this point I give below a summary of the beliefs we hold and leave it to the reader to see for himself whether a person holding these beliefs is a Muslim or a kafir (non-Muslim).”

Two categorical statements are produced first by the alleged Scholar and second from Muhammad Ali. Also Sher Muhammad writings are included in later parts of this article. Their statements and the writings of Mirza will be

Page 5: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

analysed in the light of the teachings of the Holy Quran and off course from the internal evidence from their resources to expose their deceptions.

After judging Mirza’s writings with the teachings of the Holy Quran, we will pose the questions in the light of the evidence displayed in line with the conditions set by these three writers of Lahori Qadianis. Even though their writings are addressed in this article, but it holds true for other groups and other factions of the Qadianis.

Muhammad Ali then written their beliefs, once again the relevant information is displayed.

1-  We believe in the absolute unity of God. La ilaha illallah (there is no God but Allah) is the first doctrine of our faith.

2-  We believe in the prophethood and apostleship of Hazrat Muhammad, may peace and the blessings of God be upon him. Muhammad-ur-Rasul-ullah is the second doctrine of our faith.

3- The third doctrine listed by Muhammad Ali is their belief in the finality of Prophet Hood on Prophet SAW, which will be subject of a separate article. In our first article this topic was discussed as the claim of Prophet Hood by Mirza. Lahoris deny that Mirza ever made this claim. But unfortunately Lahoris have not produced any intelligent or reasonable argument to substantiate their positions on the claim of Prophet Hood by Mirza.

4-We believe that the Holy Quran is the Word of God and that it is the final Law revealed for the guidance of humanity so that no law shall be revealed after it.

5- We believe that every word of the Holy Quran shall remain in force till the day of the judgment and that not a word contained in the Holy Quran has been or shall ever be, abrogated.

Page 6: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

6- We believe in all the prophets of God whose names are mentioned in the Holy Quran and also in the fact that there is no nation in which a prophet was not raised.

7- We believe in the books revealed by God to His Prophets in different ages and among various nations.

8- We believe in angels.

Muhammad Ali wrote 10 Beliefs we have listed 7 above, in this article we will leave out point 3 and 5, which would be discussed, in separate articles in the future, God willing.

The purpose of this exhaustive exercise is to produce evidence, which is irrefutable; this evidence can be used to judge their claims.

By following Mirza, his writings and his teachings, if they failed to adopt these conditions according to the teachings of the Holy Quran then their own evidence counts against them.

 2- Writings of Mirza

In response to hypothetical questions posed by the Lahori Qadianis that Muslims consider Qadianis as Kaffirs. In the answer a quote from Mirza’s book “Ayyam Sulh” is produced,

"We believe in the five pillars of Islam ... We believe that there is no god besides God, and that Muhammad is His Messenger and the last of the prophets. We believe that whoever adds to, or detracts from, the Islamic Shari'ah even one whit, is excluded from Islam. And we instruct our community that they believe in laa ilaaha ill-Allah Muhammadur rasul Allah; and they consider as their duties salaat [prayer], saum [fasting], zakaat [charity], hajj [pilgrimage], and other obligations imposed by God and His Prophet, and act according to Islam. It is incumbent to believe in all those things which, according to the ijmaa' [unanimity] of the Ahl-Sunnah (i.e., the orthodox), constitute Islam" (Ayyam Sulh).

Page 7: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

Therefore, we have a full set of quotes from different Qadianis including Mirza. We proceed to anlayse and expose Mirza and his followers in the light of their own writings. There is no better way to prove one’s guilt in his words and deeds.

Exploring Quranic Evidence

1- Nature of Man: ever-true faith, Islam

In the Holy Quran, Allah SWT has decreed in very clear terms, the true nature of human and purpose of their creation, true faith of human, i.e. Islam, one and only true faith acceptable to Allah SWT, because the nature of human is set on this faith. Hence Muslim’s belief that every human is born as a Muslim and takes the faith of his parents due to the social conditions.

30:30 AND SO, set thy face steadfastly towards the [one ever-true] faith, turning away from all that is false, in accordance with the natural disposition which God has instilled into man: [for,] not to allow any change to corrupt what God has thus created this is the [purpose of the one] ever-true faith; but most people know it not.

 2- Islamic faith

Page 8: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

22:78And strive hard in God’s cause with all the striving that is due to Him: it is He who has elected you [to carry His message], and has laid no hardship on you in [anything that pertains to religion, [and made you follow] the creed of your forefather Abraham. It is He who has named you in bygone times as well as in this [divine writ] – “those who have surrendered themselves to God”, so that the Apostle might bear witness to the truth before you, and that you might bear witness to it before all mankind. Thus, be constant in prayer, and render the purifying dues, and hold fast unto God. He is your Lord Supreme: and how excellent is this Lord Supreme, and how excellent this Giver of Succour!

 The hardship in the religion of Islam is absence due to many factors;

 (1)   It is free of any dogma or mystical proposition which might make the Quranic doctrine difficult to understand or might even conflict with man’s innate nature described in the above verse. Even though Holy Quran decreed that Islam is free of dogma and stigmatism, Mirza in the condition of Prophet Hood after Prophet Muhammad SAW, said that it is not possible for any nominal Muslim to become a Prophet. This evidence is displayed in our first article.

 (2)   Islam avoids all complicated ritual or system of taboos, which would impose undue restrictions on man’s

Page 9: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

everyday life; but Mirza still followed rituals like throwing beans in the well and ordering his followers not to look back.

 (3) Islam rejects all self-mortification it forbids suicide, a hint for the followers of Mirza who keeps bringing political issues more frequently at present due to the geopolitical situation around the World. It rejects exaggerated asceticism, which must unavoidably conflict with mans true nature described in this verse.

Abraham is designated as "our forefather" not only because he was, in fact, an ancestor of the prophet Muhammad SAW, to whom we the Muslims follow, but also because he is a model and thus, the spiritual "forefather" of all the Muslims; who consciously "surrender themselves to God".

The term Muslim signifies "one who surrenders himself to God"; correspondingly, Islam means "self-surrender to God". Both of these terms are applied in the Qur’an to all those who believe in One God and affirm this belief by an unequivocal acceptance of His revealed messages. Therefore, it is not we the Muslims but all the followers of earlier Prophets whoever fulfilled these conditions and surrendered their selves to the One True God. It is obligatory for the Muslims to accept all the earlier true Prophets of God and the revelations vouchsafed to them. Without this fundamental condition, no one can claim to be a Muslim.

Mirza due to his jealousy to Prophet Isa As, and in his desires to compete with him As; and for him to be accepted as “ Promised Messiah” violated this command of the Holy Quran, by hurling false accusations against Isa As and his As family. We have covered this with evidence in our earlier article, but relevant points would be included briefly in this article.

3- Islamic Articles of faith

For the followers of Mirza to suggest and claim that because they recite Kalima therefore, they automatically

Page 10: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

qualify as Muslims, their claims are ill founded. Quran is full of verses on the conduct of the hypocrites and repeatedly decreed that they are destined to the hellfire.

At the time of Prophet Muhammad SAW and during the period of Quranic revelations, these hypocrites recited the Kalima, but Allah SWT repeatedly rejected their claims of being Muslims only on the basis of them reciting the Kalima. We will not dwell too much on the subject of hypocrites; there is plenty of evidence in the writings of Mirza, which is enough proof of his kuffar. Nevertheless, the point that the hypocrites were not accepted as Muslims in the Holy Quran is relevant to prove that the recitation of Kalima on its own is not enough to be a Muslim.

A – Hypocrites were not Muslims

9:74[The hypocrites] swear by God that they have said nothing [wrong]; yet most certainly have they uttered a saying which amounts to a denial of the truth, and have [thus] denied the truth after [having professed] their self-surrender to God: for they were aiming at something which was beyond their reach. And they could find no fault [with the Faith] save that God had enriched them and [caused] His Apostle [to enrich them] out of His bounty! Hence, if they repent, it will be for their own good. But if they turn away, God will cause them to suffer grievous suffering in this world and in the life to come, and they will find no helper on earth, and none to give [them] succour.

Page 11: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

This verse is damning evidence against the lies and claims of Qadianis in general and lies of the Lahori Qadianis in particular.

In this verse no ambiguity is left it is a clear demonstration that in Islam recitation of Kalima is not the only requirement to be Muslims. This verse says, they utter denials and kuffar (Kalimatul kuffar), they have became Kaffirs after accepting Islam (Ba’ad Islamahum), and if they repent not, i.e. became Muslims again by rejecting the kuffar they are uttering, and correcting their beliefs and deeds, then grievous suffering awaits them.

B- List of Articles of faith

The Shahada itself is not the only Article of faith for Muslims, but it is one of many, we have to follow all the articles of faith to be considered and remain Muslims.

1- Believe in God, in oneness of God i.e. Tauheed

2- Believe in the revelations from God, i.e. Quran and earlier revelations in their true form, which unfortunately does not exist anymore due to the corruption of the scriptures.

3- Believe in the Angels of God

4- Believe in Prophets of God; all the True Prophets of God, not a selection based on your personal choice or rejection based on your personal animosity.

5- Believe in resurrection day; with all its implications.

6- Believe in Divine Decree

C - Description of Shahada (disambiguation)

Shahda in itself is a comprehensive issue, and not simply constitute recitation of the Kalima. Its closest translation in English is disambiguation, i.e. to be clear of any ambiguity, in recognizing and proclaiming we the Muslims follow one true God.

Page 12: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

Al-`Ilm: Knowledge of the meaning of the Shahadah, its negation and affirmation. Negating there is no other deity worthy of the worship but Allah SWT, affirming that we surrender only to Allah SWT.

Al-Yaqeen: Certainty – perfect knowledge of it that counteracts suspicion and doubt. To have certainty in our beliefs that Allah SWT has the perfect knowledge of what exists in the universe, nothing escapes His SWT’s unfathomable knowledge. And only He SWT is worthy of our worship.

Al-Ikhlaas: Sincerity which negates shirk. Sincerity with the unity of Allah SWT, Who is above the need of having any partners, He SWT Begets not nor He SWT is Begotten. He SWT is beyond the need to call someone son, even as a figure of speech (claimed by Mirza).

Al-Sidq: Truthfulness that permits neither falsehood nor hypocrisy.

Al-Mahabbah: Love of the Shahadah and its meaning, and being happy with it.

Al-Inqiad: Submission to its rightful requirements, which are the duties that must be performed with sincerity to God (alone) seeking His pleasure.

Al-Qubool: Acceptance that contradicts rejection.

The second part of the Shahada carries several conditions as well:

To believe in the Prophet SAW and in whatever he said and conveyed in his message as the seal of the prophets.

To obey him in whatever he commanded. To stay away from or avoid whatever he commanded

Muslims not to do. To follow or emulate him in our 'ibadah (worship),

akhlaq (manners), and way of life. To love him more than you love yourself, your family

and anything else in this world. To understand, practice, and promote his Sunnah in

the best way possible, without creating any chaos, enmity or harm. (source Wiki)

D - Islamic Articles of faith: Quranic evidence

Page 13: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

First the description of articles of faith in the Holy Quran;

2:285 THE APOSTLE, and the believers with him, believe in what has been bestowed upon him from on high by his Sustainer: they all believe in God, and His angels, and His revelations, and His apostles, making no distinction between any of His apostles; and they say: We have heard, and we pay heed. Grant us Thy forgiveness, O our Sustainer, for with Thee is all journeys' end!

We the Muslims make no distinction between any of His SWT apostles these words are put, as it were, in the mouths of the believers. Inasmuch as all the apostles were true bearers of God's messages, there is no distinction between them, albeit some of them have been "endowed more highly than others". But nonetheless, they all were the true bearers of God’s messages.

Quran is continuity and culmination of the revelations;

2:4 And who believe in that which has been bestowed from on high upon thee, [O Prophet,] as well as in that which was bestowed before thy time: for it is they who in their innermost are certain of the life to come!

This verse is reference to one of the fundamental doctrines of the Holy Quran. The doctrine of continuity of divine revelations; vouchsafed to earlier Prophets and culminated in the Quranic revelations. Life, especially the

Page 14: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

spiritual life, Qur'an teaches us, is not a series of unconnected jumps but a continuous, organic process, to which man's religious experience (in its cumulative sense) is a part. Thus Islam, the religion of the Qur'an can be properly understood only against this background, of the great monotheistic faiths. Even though these faiths claimed to be different by their followers, but according to the Holy Quran, all the Prophets of Allah SWT were adherent to one and only religion Islam, acceptable to Allah SWT, Islam, self surrender to Allah SWT. According to Muslim belief, Quranic revelations culminate and achieve final formulation of the faith of Islam.

E- Articles of faith: Evidence from Ahadiths

The first Hadith in the first book of Muslim deals with the issue of Articles of faith. That hadith is quite lengthy but there is another hadith in the same book, which is slightly shorter, it still too lengthy to quote in full for the purpose of this article. Therefore, we are only quoting appropriate portion from it.

Muslim; Book 001, Number 0004:

Abu Huraira reported: One day the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) appeared before the public that a man came to him and said: Prophet of Allah, (tell me) what is Iman. Upon this he (the Holy Prophet) replied: That you affirm your faith in Allah, His angels, His Books, His meeting, His Messengers and that you affirm your faith in the Resurrection hereafter. He (again) said: Messenger of Allah, (tell me) what does al-Islam signify. He (the Holy Prophet) replied: Al-Islam signifies that you worship Allah and do not associate anything with Him and you establish obligatory prayer and you pay the obligatory poor-rate (Zakat) and you observe the fast of Ramadan.

The remaining part of the Hadith deals with the topic of Day of Judgment and its signs. It may be useful in a future article on this issue.

Are Qadianis 73rd and saved sect?

Page 15: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

It provides us opportunity to expose another claim of Qadianis. They claimed that they are the 73rd and the only saved sect in Islam. Beside the fundamental question of them to be Muslims first and foremost, their claim is false, like many other claims, it is proven from the Holy Quran.

1- Mirza created a new Sect in Islam

Their claims are based on heresies of Mirza. Mirza in Arbaeen after stating that he was named Ibrahim in Braheen writes:

“In every respect follow his (Mirza’s) example, as it is written in the Verse “ Wa Mubashara Bir Rasool yati min baadi asma Ahmed” (V 7 Surah Al saf) that Prophet Muhammad SAW will appear in the last days (Mirza as a Barooz). Meaning it will be a hand of his (SAW) whose name in the heaven is Ahmed he will spread the religion, in the guise of Messih. Similar is the verse 'Wa Attakhozu Men Maghame Ibrahim Masla'. It contains a hint that at a time when the Ummah of Muhammad (SAW) will become divided into many groups, then during the last era an Ibrahim (Mirza) will be born and out of all the groups that group will be saved which follows this Ibrahim."

 (Arbain V3 P 32, RK 17:57 P421)

Mirza killed many birds with one stone in this quotation.

Page 16: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

1- He became the real Ahmed, instead of Ghulam of Ahmed. Who to argue with him if Allah SWT names him as Ahmed in the heavens? (A separate article on this very topic is in the pipeline).

2- He also became a Burooz of Prophet Isa AS as Messiah (again this topic needs full attention in a new article).

3- He also became Prophet Ibrahim too, because he was named as such in Braheen. Is Braheen a divine book? What if there are errors in Braheen? Will Qadianis accept that these mistakes are committed by Allah SWT (nauzobillah)?

4- Last but not least he became a Burooz of Prophet SAW.

 2- Muhammad Ali on Sects

 Before we examine Mirza’s claims from the Holy Quran, it is useful to look at the comments of Muhammad Ali in his article in point 3 of “what is sectarianism”, he writes;

“Some people, by neglecting the distinction between sectarianism and difference of opinion, regard all differences of opinion as an attempt at creating disharmony and discord in Islam. The Quran says:

As for those who split up their religion and became sects, thou hast no concern with them (6:160).

The meaning of splitting up the unity of religion and becoming divided into sects is obvious, but some people have a wrong understanding of this verse. It does not and could not mean that Muslims should not differ with one another in any respect. It was, however, not surprising to find differences of opinion in a nation that was spread all over the world. The Holy Prophet had declared difference of opinion to be a mercy for his ummah, which shows that in difference is also hidden the secret of the progress of the ummah.”

The hypocrisy of Muhammad Ali is quote apparent, it is obvious from above quote he knew that the Holy Quran

Page 17: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

forbid creation of sects in the religion of Islam, but he ignored the writings of Mirza on this crucial issue, purposefully. He being the “Scholar” of this cult ought to have known the evidence displayed above, which surely he did, and its implications on anyone who divide the religion in to sects. We find further proofs in the writings of Sher Muhammad that the elders of Lahori’s indeed were aware of Mirza’s writings.

3- Quranic Evidence: Creation of Sects is forbidden

We quote two verses from Surah An’am; first verse is relevant for the topic under discussion, and the second proves the Qadiani’s claims wrong of being the 73rd and saved sect.

6:158 Do they, perchance, wait for the angels to appear unto them, or for thy Sustainer [Himself] to appear, or for some of thy Sustainers’ [final] portents to appear? [But] on the Day when thy Sustainers’ [final] portents do appear, believing will be of no avail to any human being who did not believe before, or who, while believing, did no good works. Say: "Wait, [then, for the Last Day, O unbelievers:] behold, we [believers] are waiting, too!"

A fundamental fact has appeared in the above verse; on the Day of the Judgment even the believers, who did not do the good works would be treated exactly like un-believers. Those believers must have recited Kalima to become believers, but that would be no avail to them, unless they have performed good deeds too.

Page 18: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

As a side note, Mirza claim Allah SWT did appeared to him in the shape of a man (Tamseel) and even to another person to testify the truthfulness of Mirza. This evidence is displayed in our earlier articles.

In the quotation above, Mirza claimed he received the revelations that his sect would be the saved sect. There is no better barometer then the Holy Quran to judge Mirza’s truthfulness.

6:159 VERILY, as for those who have broken the unity of their faith and have become sects - thou hast nothing to do with them. Behold, their case rests with God: and in time He will make them understand what they were doing.

According to the commentators this is a reference primarily, to the Jews and the Christians, who have departed from the fundamental religious principles of Islam, remember, all the Prophets of Allah SWT only taught religion of Islam to their followers. They originally shared the same religion but with passage of time have gone different ways in respect of doctrine and ethics.

Beside this "primary" reference, this verse expresses a condemnation of all sectarianism arising out of people's intolerant, mutually exclusive claims to being "the only true exponents" of the Quranic teachings.

Thus, when asked about the implications of this verse, the Prophet's Companion Abu Hurayrah is reported to have answered, "It has been revealed with reference to this [our] community" (Tabari).

This verse connects logically with verse 153 of the Surah.

Page 19: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

6:153And [know] that this is the way leading straight unto Me: follow it, then, and follow not other ways, lest they cause you to deviate from His way. [All] this has He enjoined upon you, so that you might remain conscious of Him.

There are no ambiguities in these verses “Firqawa” meaning they became sects, implying the condition of the followers of earlier Prophets. And “Fa’tafraqa” is used in 6:153 giving a warning to the Muslims not to become sects and repeat the errors of the earlier communities. Thus, unity of the faith of Islam, rejecting the practice of sects and splitting of the community leading straight to Allah SWT, this indeed is the right path.

21:92 VERILY, [O you who believe in Me,] this community of yours is one single community, since I am the Sustainer of you all: worship, then, Me [alone]!

The verse 6:159 is addressing Prophet SAW and his SAW followers in general; even he SAW has nothing to do with the people who break the unity of their faith by becoming sects, either the followers of earlier Prophets and revelations or the Muslims followers of the Holy Quran and Prophet Muhammad SAW. Muslims should consider this fact, when Prophet Muhammad SAW has no say in it, but those who split up the religion of Islam in to sects their affair is with Allah SWT and Him SWT alone. Then it does not matter who started the sects in Islam, they are responsible to Allah SWT on the day of the Judgment.

Page 20: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

It proves yet another lie of Mirza, exposed by direct evidence from the Holy Quran. There should be absolutely no doubt Mirza was a liar, he never received any revelations. His claims to be called Ibrahim or Burooz of Isa As or Prophet Muhammad SAW are bogus; without any

merits, Quranic evidence is against his claims. We will expose his other claims in our future articles.

Quran, uses the term sects for the followers of earlier scriptures, hence the decree that Islam is the only religion acceptable to Allah SWT, preached by all the earlier Prophets too. It only culminated and completed through Quranic revelations.

19:37And yet, the sects [that follow the Bible] are at variance among themselves [about the nature of Jesus Woe, then, unto all who deny the truth when that awesome Day will appear!

This verse is quite useful to expose other lies of Mirza, which indeed would be exposed in future articles, Inshallah.

Distortion of truth and falsehood is forbidden

4:135O YOU who have attained to faith! Be ever steadfast in upholding equity, bearing witness to the truth for the

Page 21: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

sake of God, even though it be against your own selves or your parents and kinsfolk. Whether the person concerned be rich or poor, God's claim takes precedence over [the claims of] either of them. Do not, then, follow your own desires, lest you swerve from justice: for if you distort [the truth], behold, God is indeed aware of all that you do!

Considering the amount of lies written by Mirza throughout his life, some of his lies presented in our earlier articles. It is not difficult to comprehend in the light of the Quranic teachings how Allah SWT will treat Mirza on the day of the Judgment.

2:136 "We Believe in God, and in that which has been bestowed from on high upon us, and that which has been bestowed upon Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac and Jacob and their descendants, and that which has been vouchsafed to Moses and Jesus; and that which has been vouchsafed to all the [other] Prophets by their Sustainer: we make no distinction between any of them. And it is unto Him that we surrender ourselves."

1- First condition, we believe in God. Mirza did not believe in God. He persistently lied and attributed white lies to Allah SWT, regularly through out his life. Plenty of evidence was displayed in our previous articles.

2- Second Condition, to believe in the revelations bestowed on the true Prophets of Allah SWT, forget about revelations received by other Prophets he even lied about the Quranic evidence and attributed white lies to the Holy Quran. Once again evidence can be found in our previous articles.

Page 22: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

3- Third condition, no distinction between any of the Prophets. Mirza attacked Prophet Isa As of the Holy Quran. All his life, he attributed lies to Prophet Isa As, he associated lies to the verses of the Holy Quran to belittle and curse a mighty Prophet of Allah SWT.

4- Only by adhering to all these conditions one becomes a Muslim, as the last part of this verse declares “We make no distinctions amongst any of the Messenger of Allah SWT; we are the Muslims, we surrender ourselves to Allah SWT.”

5- Not accepting one Messenger of Allah SWT renders one out of the pale of Islam, without shadow of any doubts.

Ironically, Qadianis do not realise that the excuse they use against the Muslims is already taken care of by All Knowing Allah SWT in the Holy Quran.

There are other indications in the Holy Quran that belief in all the Prophets is part of our Iman and accepting all the Messengers of Allah SWT mentioned by name in the Holy Quran is obligatory for the Momins.

2:177 True piety does not consist in turning your faces towards the east or the west  - but truly pious is he who believes in God, and the Last Day; and the angels, and revelation and the prophets; and spends his substance - however much he himself may cherish - it - upon his near

Page 23: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

of kin, and the orphans, and the needy, and the wayfarer, and the beggars, and for the freeing of human beings from bondage; and is constant in prayer, and renders the purifying dues; and [truly pious are] they who keep their promises whenever they promise, and are patient in misfortune and hardship and in time of peril: it is they that have proved themselves true, and it is they, they who are conscious of God.

 Asad explains

In this context, the term "revelation" (al-kitab) carries, according to most of the commentators, a generic significance: it refers to the fact of divine revelation as such. As regards belief in angels, it is postulated here because it is through these spiritual beings or force's (belonging to the realm of al-ghayb, i.e., the reality which is beyond the reach of human perception) that God reveals His will to the prophets and, thus, to mankind at large.

Allah SWT decreed that true piety is not turning your face towards east or west, i.e. performing prayers, but true pious is one who follows the commands contained in above verse.

 Mirza failed the tests set in the above verse on the following grounds;

1-    He attacked Prophet Isa As of the Holy Quran therefore he is denier of the Prophets.

2-    He tried to abolish starving in the cause of Allah, a Quranic decree therefore he is denier of the “Al-Kitab, i.e. Quranic revelations.

3-    There are indications that in his life he did not give Zakat regularly, he surely practically replaced the Zakat with different chanda’s for the benefit of his family, ignoring the commands of Allah SWT in the Holy Quran.

4-    He also regularly committed acts of Shirk in his life. To hide his shirk he lied about the verses of the Holy

Page 24: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

Quran. He claimed that Jews were allowed to call themselves Sons of God in the Holy Quran. He also wrote that Prophet SAW was allowed to call the followers his (SAW) “aba'di”. Once again a blatant lie against Holy Quran, the Word of Allah SWT. Evidence was produced in a previous article.

Mirza disqualified being a Muslim by attacking Prophet Isa As, by lying about the revelations in the Holy Quran, he simply cannot be a Muslim let alone a Prophet of any kind or descriptions. Many other examples and reasons were given in our previous articles to prove that he is not remotely Muslim. Preponderance of evidence is against him. To put it simply he is just not credible as a person, due to his lies.

Mirza a Muslim?

We move on to other evidence from the writings of Mirza to prove that he cannot be a Muslim some of this evidence is from our earlier articles. It is re-produced here because it is vitally important to the issues dealt in this article.

Our strategy was and is to include in each article little material to show the thinking of Mirza, which is completely against the Quranic and Islamic teachings. To gradually build up the case against Mirza that he is not credible, reliable or scholarly sound character, even if we leave the theological aspect on one side. An analysis of his writings point by point is done to pose the questions can he be a Muslim?

1- Mirza didn’t believe in Unity of Allah SWT

First a look at the evidence, did Mirza believed the first article of faith, la ilaha ilalllah, there is but One God.

The Islamic concept of One God not only limited to proclaiming that He SWT is One God, but practically adopting this concept as a practice in our lives. To believe and practice that certain characteristics are of God’s Domain only and the creature cannot under any circumstances claim any share of His SWT Divine Powers.

Page 25: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

A- To hide his Shirk where he claimed that he has been called Son by Allah SWT, on Page 105 in Kitab al-bariya, Mirza written that Prophet Muhammad SAW was allowed to call his followers his “abadi” creation by quoting the Holy Quran. We have already produced Quranic evidence (HQ 39:53) that Mirza blatantly lied; in the verse Allah SWT is addressing believers and not Prophet SAW.

B- On the same page, Mirza gave different reasons to the Christians, comparing himself with Jesus As. Mirza argued that he received these revelations from Allah SWT, in which he says he created heavens and earth. He also claimed that his condition moved from Kashaf to Ilham and he started to recount, “I wished and created Adam, I created man”. Mirza using his canned logic argued that the powers given to him in his ilhams are far superior to that given to Jesus As therefore his own “divinity” is proven better than “Jesus As”.

Mirza has copied his ilham from the verse 67:5

Page 26: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

67:5 And, indeed, We have adorned the skies nearest to the earth with lights, and have made them the object of futile guesses for the evil ones [from among men]: and for them have We readied suffering through a blazing flame –

Very clearly, Mirza Kazzab has changed the verse of the Holy Quran and became the creator by placing “Ana” in front of “zeena” in the above verse. Therefore, instead of Allah SWT in the Holy Quran, Mirza became the god and creator (nauzobillah).

Another verse in the Holy Quran had the word “Ina” for Allah SWT, Mirza just mixed the two verses, and claimed divinity for himself.

37:6 We have indeed decked the lower heaven with beauty (in) the stars,-

C- Qadianis especially Lahoris make excuses and provide weird reasoning by digging up in the books of others who have made similar claims. But they purposefully ignore the lies of Mirza, lies he attributed to the Holy Quran that Prophet Muhammad SAW was allowed to call his followers as “Abadi”. (Evidence in the article “Attack on ISA As”) also at the end of above page.

D- Evidence from Haqeeqat-ul-Wahi Page 267 was presented in the same article, in which Mirza claimed to have written the fate or future, and after writing “Taqdeer” he presented it to Allah SWT for signature. Mirza claimed he saw Allah SWT in Tamseel as a “human”.

Page 27: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

E- Mirza In Haqeeqatul Wahi wrote another incredible piece, this evidence from Tadkirah is produced with English translation.

This blasphemous piece is claimed to be a revelation from Allah SWT, copied directly from the Holy Quran and slightly changed by Mirza to claim divinity yet again. Similarly fashion to the evidence displayed above.

6:82 His Being alone is such that when He wills a thing to be, He but says unto it, “Be” — and it is.

Mirza just made slight changes to it; for example he changed “amara” to “amraka” and “arada” to “aradat” in the alleged revelations and as a consequence “yaqool” has become “Taqool”.

It is quite evident that this Charlatan was playing with the Word of God, with the revelations received by Prophet Muhammad SAW. He was showing his true colours by writing the most heinous blasphemy imaginable to any Muslim, by declaring that he has been given the creative

Page 28: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

powers by God, exactly the powers which are only ascribed to Allah SWT, the All-Knowing and All-Powerful.

Asad explains this Majestic domain of the Creator in these words, “This is the meaning of the phrase innama amruhu - the term amr being synonymous, in this instance, with shan ("state [or "manner"] of being"). The exclusiveness of God’s creative Being is stressed by the restrictive particle innama.

These kinds of ilhams cannot be from Allah SWT but from the accursed.

 Mirza writes in ZTG P20

“Secondly; Khuda Talla appeared to him in Tamseel (in Human Form); said to him, Mirza Ghulam Ahmed is truthful (Haq) or on right path. Then why people deny him (do not believe him)?”

Mirza is claiming that Allah SWT appeared in human form to confirm that Mirza is truthful. A Muslim can never make such a claim, it is strictly forbidden in Islam. We have already showed the evidence in our previous article, what the agenda of Mirza was and whose dirty work he was carrying out. This kind of evidence put to rest Mirza’s claims and of his followers that he was a Champion of Islam. He is doing the bidding of his opponents rather then defending Islam with such heresies. All of these ideas of human having the creative powers; being Son or Sons of God, seeing God face to face, God visiting the earth in human form are Judo Christian's distorted teachings. They

Page 29: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

have nothing to do with the Holy Quran and Islamic teachings.

Quranic Evidence against Mirza’s lies

Even though the Qadianis desperately try to justify the shirk of Mirza by insisting that the whole purpose of Mirza was to show to the Christians that there is one amongst the Muslims (not that he was a Muslim) who has given this honour too by Allah SWT.

This is canned logic; there should be absolutely no doubt in anyone’s mind that these revelations could not have come from Allah SWT, but indeed were the lies of Mirza and inspiration if there were any, which we doubt very much, they were from Iblis the accursed.

We find that Allah SWT in the Holy Quran very categorically denied any such ideas. Even to think such ideas is a heresy in Islam.

19:88 As it is, some assert, "The Most Gracious has taken unto Himself a son„!.

This verse is alluding to the Christians beliefs, they claiming Jesus As is “the son of God”. And in general to the beliefs of others, who believe in God’s “incarnations” on earth, where created being takes up the theme mentioned in the Verse 19:81;

19:81 For [such as] these have taken to worshipping deities other than God, hoping that they would be a source of strength for them.

The deification of powers to the beings other than Allah SWT with a view and belief that those beings could be

Page 30: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

source of strength, for those who turn towards them. This verse is referring to those who either deny Allah SWT or attribute powers to other deities.

The passage in 19:88 refers to those who, even though claiming to believe in God, still deify others. This deification is against the principle of Allah’s SWT transcendent nature; His SWT Oneness and Uniqueness. These deifications breach the bond between The Creator and the creation, and thus constitute an unforgivable and unpardonable sin.

Mirza used downright lies and shameful excuses that him being called a son by Allah SWT but only in metaphorical sense. Allah SWT in the Holy Quran rejects his excuses and lies, it is inconceivable. The idea that Allah SWT could have a son either real, or metaphorical, it would denote innate likeness to Allah SWT, but we know from the teachings of the Holy Quran that Allah SWT indeed is Unique and nothing could be compared to Him

Page 31: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

SWT(112:4) . We have already quoted this verse in our previous article.

Secondly, this preposterous idea of having a “progeny” in real or in imaginations or metaphorically, implies that there is an organic continuation of the being of Allah SWT, or part of Him SWT, in another being, thus, it shows a degree of incompleteness of Allah SWT. This inconceivable idea of incompleteness in any sense, negate the very concept of Allah SWT.

Even if this idea of “Son” is considered blasphemous in Islam, it amounts to an attempt to define Allah SWT, who is exalted and beyond anything men may devise to define Him SWT. This idea is described in 6:100 in the Holy Quran;

6:100 And yet, some [people] have come to attribute to all manner of invisible beings a place side by side with God - although it is He who has created them [all]; and in their ignorance they have invented for Him sons and daughters! Limitless is He is His glory, and sublimely exalted above anything that men may devise by way of definition:

A clear reference to the Pagan practice of calling Angels “daughters” of Allah SWT, the Most Gracious. Similarly it could be true for the Christians calling Jesus As “Son” of God and the practice by the Jews who also called themselves “Sons of God” even though they applied different meanings then the Christians, but indeed they had this practice too. It is inconceivable for men to devise the being of God in way of definition.

2-  Mirza didn’t believe in Quranic revelations

Page 32: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

Mirza never believed in Allah SWT, Prophet Muhammad SAW and in the Quranic evidence, some proofs of his lies against the Holy Quran were produced in our earlier articles. We produce few more  examples of his lies, to enhance our claims that he was in fact a non-believer.

A-Lie that all the Prophecies in the divine revelations are not fulfilled

Mirza wrote;” Allah SWT decreed in the Holy Quran (wrote v29 of Surah Al-Muminun, which is wrong) meaning if this Nabi is a Kazib then he would self-destruct, but if he is truthful, then some of his prophecies would be fulfilled. It is not being said (decreed) that all (the prophecies) would be fulfilled. Thus in this place (verse) it is clearly said (decreed) by Khuda (Allah SWT), it is not necessary that all the prophecies foretold would be fulfilled. Some may be postponed (or cancelled). If this was not the Will (Will of Allah SWT) then Khuda Talla (Allah SWT) would have said, (Arabic quotations translated as) “he is truthful, all his prophecies are fulfilled”, but it is not been said (decreed).”

In previous article “Mirza a false Prophet” we have produced evidence on Mirza claims that he is addressee of the Quranic verse and if he associated a lie to Allah SWT Allah SWT would have severed his jugular veins. Here he is paddling the same lies, and also his lies that the Will of Allah SWT is not fulfilled all the times, this evidence from HW is produced below in this article.

 We turn to the Holy Quran to judge truthfulness of Mirza;

Page 33: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

40:28 At that, a believing man of Pharaoh’s family, who [until then] had concealed his faith, exclaimed: “Would you slay a man because he says, ‘God is my Sustainer’ - seeing, withal, that he has brought you all evidence of this truth from your Sustainer? Now if he be a liar, his lie will fall back on him; but if he is a man of truth, something [of the punishment] whereof he warns you is bound to befall you: for, verily, God would not grace with His guidance one who has wasted his own self by lying [about Him].

Firstly, Mirza misquoted the name of the Surah; this verse is from Surah Ghafir and not from Surah Muminun.

Secondly, Mirza is up to his dirty tricks, this is not a direct decree of Allah SWT but it is from the story of Moses, where a Mumin, who concealed his faith due to persecution, spoke to the Pharaoh and to the gathered crowd.

Thirdly, Mirza wrote in “Correction of a Mistake” that he was given the knowledge of the unseen.

We waited long enough but no one amongst the Qadianis has until now successfully defended Mirza on his use of Verses 26/27 from Surah Al-Jin. In the Holy Quran Allah SWT has relayed some brief stories of the past Prophets and generations. It is indeed true that Prophet SAW was unaware of the facts related to these stories. Some people erroneously think this constitutes knowledge of the unseen.

It is not strictly speaking knowledge of the Unseen, which is only with Allah SWT. Let us clarify our statement and

Page 34: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

what was written in our previous article. If we take above example, this incident happened in the court of Pharaoh; there were many witnesses to this incident. They had the knowledge of what happened and what was discussed. This knowledge was lost due to passage of time, but it was human knowledge after all, not the knowledge of the unseen.

An Egyptian, who was a believer but concealed his faith for fear of persecution, makes the above statement according to the decree in the Holy Quran. A point is made in this verse for a mighty Messenger of Allah SWT, that if he As was a liar, he would have wasted himself “Musrif”. The anonymous believer put his testimony and backing for Moses to argue that the message brought forward by Moses is so convincing, the message in itself is a proof that Moses is not wasting himself in a lie.

B- Prophet SAW received Persian ilhams ?

In Malfozat it is stated that “once Prophet SAW was asked, did he SAW ever received a Persian revelations from Allah SWT? He SAW responded, yes once one sentence was revealed (quotations of the actual revelations in Persian).

This lie is displayed in one of the articles on official Qadiani website, but the source of this absurd claim is Mirza.

There is no evidence of any such revelations received by Prophet SAW. This is height of Mirza’s lies and his shameful nature that he purported such lies without any fear of Allah SWT or shame on his own person. Only Mirza and his cronies can write such a lie without giving any

Page 35: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

reference whatsoever. Nevertheless, it demonstrates that Mirza was not a believer on Prophet Muhammad SAW or the Holy Quran and Allah SWT. Remember, this lies is against Allah SWT because Mirza said, Allah SWT revealed the Persian revelation to Prophet SAW.

3 – Mirza didn’t believe in the True Prophets

We have produce plenty of evidence of Mirza’s lies and heresies against Prophet Isa As, in which Mirza attack Prophet Isa As of the Holy Quran and not the imaginary Jesus of the Bible as he claimed.

We are producing few more examples of his lies and heresies against Prophet Isa As, this is not exhaustive list, but just few examples, otherwise Mirza’s lies and heresies both against Isa As and the Holy Quran are many.

It is also not correct to say he only written against Isa As of the Holy Quran, because he has written many lies against the Holy Quran, which in effect shows his disrespect to Prophet Muhammad SAW, and against Allah SWT too. By virtue of attacking and lying about the revelations of the Holy Quran, Mirza has proven that he did not have beliefs on any Prophet of Allah SWT, not only Prophet Isa As.

 A quotation from Mirza.

HW Page 173 RK 22-80

In Haqeeqat-ul-Wahi Mirza writes, “the purpose of the verses in the Holy Quran is not that salvation can be achieved without beliefs on the Prophet(s). But to stress

Page 36: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

that the salvation cannot be achieved without having the beliefs on Unity of God and on the Judgment Day. The beliefs on Allah (SWT) can only be achieved by having beliefs on His Prophets”.

The first point to have beliefs in the Unity of Allah SWT is already exposed earlier; together with his lies against the Holy Quran now let’s turn to produce more evidence against his beliefs on Prophets of Allah SWT.

In Kisthi Nooh Mirza writes;

Use of Alcohol has cause untold damage to (the health) of European people. The reason for this (use of Alcohol) damage is that Isa As was used to drink Alcohol, may be because of some ailment or he was a habitual drinker, but O’ Muslims, your Prophet AS (Muhammad SAW) was an innocent, without habit of using any substance. He (SAW) was innocent; whom do you follow by calling yourself Muslims? Unlike Bible, (Holy) Quran does not declare Alcohol Halal. Under what books (of revelations) do you declare Alcohol Halal? Why are you not mindful of death (and punishment in hereafter)?

Beautiful speech indeed from a liar, didn’t he declare using Alcohol inside the four walls of the resident as Halal? We have produced this evidence in our earlier article.

In this quotation Mirza has used “Isa As” a term only used by the Muslims, therefore, it is clear he is not addressing imaginary Jesus of the Bible. Also the context is quite clearly centered on Muslims; therefore there is no

Page 37: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

ambiguity in his subject matter and the addressee of Mirza in this quotation.

Not surprisingly he addressing the Muslims, mentioning the Holy Quran and using the Islamic name and salutation for Jesus As. But he is basing his attacks from the facts obtained either from the Bible or from Christian’s writings. Shamefully, now he has forgotten completely about that imaginary Jesus (as) he claimed he was attacking, now the lines are blurred, it is okay to attack a mighty Messengers of Allah SWT by using questionable and unreliable material.

There is no such description of Isa As in the Holy Quran.

In his book Ayam-e-Saleh, Mirza writes;   (After quoting Quranic verse) Our Prophet SAW did not receive education from the teachers, but Isa As and Moses As attended (religious) Schools. Hazrat Isa (as) learned whole of the Torah from a Jewish teacher. Thus, in this respect, our Prophet SAW was not taught by a teacher, and God was his SAW teacher. In the beginning, Allah SWT said to him “Iqra” read, not anyone else said it.”

What does Quranic evidence says in this regard?

5:110 Lo! God will say: "O Jesus, son of Mary! Remember the blessings which I bestowed upon thee and thy mother-how I strengthened thee with holy inspiration, so that thou couldst speak unto men in thy cradle, and as a grown man; and how I imparted unto thee revelation and wisdom, including the torah and the Gospel; and how by My leave thou didst create out of clay, as it were, the shape of [thy followers'] destiny, and then didst breathe

Page 38: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

into it, so that it might become, by My leave, [their] destiny ; and how thou didst heal the blind and the leper by My leave, and how thou didst raise the dead by My leave; and how I prevented the children of Israel from harming thee when thou camest unto them with all evidence of the truth, and [when] those of them who were bent on denying the truth were saying, `This is clearly nothing but deception!"'

This verse takes care of many lies purported by Mirza against Isa As. Firstly, it clearly says Allah SWT imparted unto Isa As the revelations and Wisdom including the Torah and the Gospel. There are many verses in the Holy Quran, which clearly say that Allah SWT taught Isa As the Torah.

3:48 and He will impart unto thy son revelation, and wisdom, and the torah, and the gospel,

Proof that this glad tiding was given to Mary the Mother of Jesus As before he As was born that God will impart unto him As the knowledge of the Torah.

There is another proof in the above verse, which we will explore in the future. The verse mentions that God will teach Jesus As, the Book; Asad translates this as revelations.

Asad used the term revelations because he is one of those Muslims who believe Jesus As has died. Thus his use of revelations for the word “Al-Kitab”. We do not agree with this translation, if from the word “Al-Kitab” this verse is pointing towards the revelations received by Prophet Jesus As, which in fact is described as “Injeel” in the Holy Quran. The mention of “Injeel” separately in this verse is indications that from “Al-Kitab” the verse is in fact relating to the Holy Quran, which is widely known as “Al-Kitab” by

Page 39: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

the Muslims, a belief directly derived from this phrase used in the Holy Quran.

By virtue of Mirza slating Prophet Isa As of the Holy Quran, Mirza has proven without shadow of any doubts that he did not have any belief in God, according to his own writings.

End Games for Lahori Qadianis:

1- Lies and Deceptions on Mirza’s claims of Prophet hood exposed

In the first article, first proof was provided that Mirza did claim Prophet Hood by quoting Verses 26/27 from Surah Al-Jin that he was given the knowledge of the unseen like the Prophets according to his claims. Despite best efforts, in last two years no Lahori Qadiani has given a plausible explanations and answers to our questions and proven that Mirza didn’t meant that he was a prophet.

In this article the case of the hypocrisy of the Lahori Qadianis is further exposed through undeniable evidence.

A – Writings of Muhammad Ali

Muhammad Ali in the introduction of his little booklet “Promised Messiah” wrote;

In this small book, I have gathered all the points which relate to the claims of the Founder of the Ahmadiyya Movement so that our Muslim brethren should reflect on them in a cool and dispassionate manner, and see that the path towards which he wants to direct the attention of the Muslim ummah is the path of righteousness and is not in any way a deviation from the religion of Islam, even by a hair's breadth.

We can assure our readers we intend to do precisely this and look at the claims of Mirza, analyse his writings, the arguments put forward by the Lahori Qadianis and then present the evidence to expose their hypocrisy, deceptions and lies.

Page 40: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

Please also keep in mind the quotations from the books of Muhammad Ali provided earlier in this article.

B- Writings of Sher Muhammad

Sher Muhammad wrote a booklet “True Facts Ahmadiyya Movement” in response to an article written by Mr.Tayo from Trinidad.

 On page 7 Sher Muhammad writes;

 We Believe:

1-  After our Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessing of Allah be upon him) Allah has completely barred the appearance of a Prophet, old or new.

2-  After Muhammad SAW, Gabriel can never descend and bring Prophetic Revelations (wahy Nubuwwah) to any person.

3-    If Gabriel were to descend with one word of Prophetic Revelation (Wahy Nubuwwah) on any person, it would contradict the two complementary verses: Holy Quran.

 “This day have I perfected your Religion for you” (5:3);

“He is the Messenger of Allah and the Last (Seal) of the Propehts” (33:40).

 On Page 27 PDF he continued and issued a challenge;

 A Challenge

There are scores of other similar reference where Hazrat Mirza Sahib has clarified that wahy Nabuwwah ceased after the Holy Prophet; and that his own revelation is wahy wilayah. We challenge Mr. Tayo to produce even a couple of extracts from Hazrat Mirza Sahib’s books where he should claim that his revelation is not wahy wilayah but wahy nubuwwah. He can never meet this challenge!

Page 41: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

Put these two quotes together, one has to provide simple proof that according to Mirza Gabriel indeed brought him the revelations.

On P35 PDF Sher Muhammad further writes quoting an advertisement by Mirza on 4 November 1900;

“Since it has been arranged in this census that each sect that is distinguished from other sects by its beliefs should be entered separately, and the name that a sect selects for itself shall be the one used for it in official documents… the name that is suitable for this Movement, and which we select for our Community is Muslims of the Ahmadiyya Section.. We ask the government to use this name in its documents for our section… This sect has been named Muslims of Ahmadiyya Sect because our Holy Prophet had two names: Muhammad and Ahmad (peace and blessing of God be upon him). For this reason it is fitting to name this sect the Amadiyya Sect.”

We can only thank the followers of Mirza; they keep proving Mirza a liar. Muhammad Ali off course knew that sects are forbidden in the Holy Quran. But didn’t he know that Mirza himself announced that the Government should call them as Ahmaddiyya sect?

Evidence from two stalwart of Lahori Qadianis, proving that Mirza has gone against the clear-cut decree of the Holy Quran and created a sect. The Quranic concept and decrees are discussed in detail earlier according to which, the affair of Mirza is indeed with Allah SWT.

2- Mirza claimed Prophet Hood: Irrefutable Proof

We have presented comprehensive analysis and irrefutable proofs that the Lahori’s believes and claim that Mirza never claimed Prophet Hood. They falsely claim that whenever, he claimed Prophet Hood he always meant and professed that he is not a Prophet in real sense of the Word but only a prophet in metaphorical sense, or due to him annihilating himself in the love of Prophet Muhammad SAW. Fact of the matter is, he was nothing like Prophet

Page 42: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

Muhammad SAW in his character or personality; he had absolutely no love for the Prophet in his heart. He made fun of the Quranic revelations whenever it suited him.

RK 3 P8 Azala-e-Auham P511

In Azala-e-Auham Mirza writes; 4- The Holy Quran declared that there could be no Prophet after Prophet SAW the “Khatim-un-Nabeen”, either new or old. The Prophet received the religions education (wahi) through Gabriel. The descend of Gabriel to bring the prophetic revelations is closed. It is therefore, impossible that a Prophets comes to the world without the prophetic revelations.

Mirza clearly said that descend of Gabriel is forbidden to bring revelations after Prophet SAW. The same excuse is used by the Lahori Qadianis to claim that Mirza was not a Prophet and he never claimed Prophet hood. Evidence of their claims are produced in this article and before too.

We got confirmations from different resources of Lahori Qadianis that in fact the revelation through Gabriel is not possible after the advent of the Last Prophet Muhammad SAW, of Allah SWT. If Gabriel to bring one word of the revelation to anyone, then the seal of the finality of Prophet Hood is broken, which contradicts the Quranic teachings and the beliefs on the finality of Prophet Hood on our beloved Prophet Muhammad SAW (may peace and blessing of Allah SWT, His Angels and all human be upon him) is broken.

3- Proof Mirza received Prophetic Revelations through Gabriel

Page 43: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

After all the claims by the Lahoris lets look an incredible piece of evidence from the writings of Mirza, which proves that Mirza did claim prophet hood without any shadow of a doubt and that Lahoris are hypocritical liars to claim otherwise.

In Haqeeqat- Ul- Wahi Mirza writes;  “ I will give answers with the Prophet, I will leave my resolves sometimes and sometimes I will fulfil my promises. They will say, “Who gave you this status”? Say (to them) “God shows miracles”. Ail came to me and he has chosen me, he pointed out with his finger that the promise of God is here (Mirza). Thus lucky is one who seeks and finds him (Mirza).”

In the footnotes to this alleged revelations Mirza writes;

“ The overt meanings of this revelations are that I (God) will commit mistakes (or forgo) at times and fulfil sometime. Meanings at times I will do (things) and other time I will not, sometimes My Promise will be fulfilled and sometimes it wouldn’t. These kinds of words are often find in the Word of God, it is written in Ahadiths, I (God) hesitate at the time of ceasing the soul of righteous person, even though God is beyond the capacity to hesitate.  Similar is this revelations of God that sometimes My Will is fulfilled and other times it remains unfulfilled. It

Page 44: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

means that I (God) sometimes cancel my Will and Pre-destination (for creations) and sometimes act on them.

At this place (in these revelations) God has given Gabriel the name “Ail” because he (Gabriel) is constantly in communication (with Mirza).

Without shadow of any doubt according to this passage Mirza indeed claimed Prophet Hood. He said Gabriel constantly brought revelations to him and chosen him as a Prophet (supposedly on the orders of God).

The claims of Lahori Qadianis are based on deceptions and word twisting, they deliberately ignore this clear-cut evidence that according to Mirza he did received the revelations from Gabriel. Not only this claim is included in the writings of Mirza that he received revelations from Gabriel, but it is claimed to be alleged Wahi received by Mirza, in other words it is the Word of God coming to Mirza.

How Lahori can deny such evidence of alleged revelations to Mirza? Simple answer is they are hypocritical dishonest people, who falsely try to claim that because they consider Prophet SAW as last Prophet therefore they should be treated as Muslims. Their claim that Mirza never claimed prophet hood is a blatant lie, he did claim he received revelations from Gabriel this evidence in fact is answer to all their deliberate lies and concoctions. After all it is their own claims that if Gabriel brings even one world of Prophetic revelations; the seal of the Prophet Hood is broken. Mirza said Gabriel approached him again and again and selected him as a Prophet to receive the revelations.

Hypocrisy of Qadianis: They Declared Muslims Kaffirs

Qadianis make a great fuss that the Muslims are unjustly declaring them Kaffirs. This is hypocrisy by them; they themselves have declared Muslims Kaffirs. Even though Lahoris try to portray themselves to be innocent of such charge, but they are as guilty as the other Qadianis.

1- Mirza’s hypocrisy and canned logic, he declares Muslims Kaffirs

Mirza used canned logic all his life he used similar logic in declaring Muslims kaffirs.

Mirza writes; “When Jesus (As) was asked for a miracle, Jesus (As) said, these ill-gotten (bastards) and bad character people are asking from me a miracle. They would not be shown any miracle. How Jesus (As) cleverly pre-planned his defence, one has to admit or declare that he is ill gotten (bastard) and of bad (or immoral) character, before asking for a miracle. A mischievous and deceptive person who has the nature of Jesus (as) announced, I can teach a spell by chanting it one can see God on first night. Provided the chanter is not a bastard.  Now who will accept that he is a bastard, and say he didn’t see God after chanting the spell? In the end every chanter had to say he has seen God.

We have to be appreciative of the forward thinking of Jesus (as) (a sarcastic remark by Mirza).”

After slating the non-existing Jesus As, according to Mirza. Mirza adopted the same practice, he accused the imaginary Jesus.

Page 46: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

Mirza writes, “Questioner asked; you wrote in Tariaq-e-Qaloob (and other books) a person does not become kafir by not accepting you, now you wrote, by denying me one becomes kafir.

Answer (given by Mirza); It is strange, you consider one who calls me a Kaffir and one who denies me as two separate entities. In the eyes of God they are one and the same. The one who does not (believes) accept me, doesn’t believes because he considers me a liar. But Allah SWT decreed the one who associate lies to Allah SWT is worst then the Kaffirs, like it is Decreed (quoted Verse of the HQ) there are two kind of Kaffirs, one who associate lies to Allah SWT and the other who make fun of the word of God. In this sense I am not only a Kaffir but also a Grand Kaffir. But if I am not a liar then that Kuffar would be associated to him (my denier).

Mirza further writes as a note at the bottom of the page:

Page 47: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

“Here “zalim” means Kaffir. One who associates lies to the Book of God (Holy Quran) is called a “Zalim” compare to a liar. Without any doubts a person who makes fun of Word of God (Holy Quran) is a Kaffir. Thus, a person, who does not accept me and calls me a liar and a Kaffir, by calling me a Kaffir he becomes a Kaffir.”

1- Mirza, without shadow of a doubt has made fun of the Holy Quran, the Word of Allah SWT he has associated white lies to the Holy Quran. Proofs of these lie and disrespect for the Holy Quran are shown in this article and in our previous articles. According to his own words Mirza is proven not only a Kaffir but also a Grand Kaffir. His followers off course have a choice to prove that the evidence is wrong. But they face an uphill or dare we say an impossible task.

2- Mirza is using the canned logic on grand scale here. His logic is I am going to associate white lies to the Holy Quran, make claims, which are completely against the teachings of the Holy Quran; make fun of mighty Prophets of Allah SWT. But if someone calls me a liar or due to my lies call me a Kaffir then that person becomes Kaffir. Didn’t he accuse Imaginary Jesus AS of the Holy Bible of the same?

2- Muhammad Ali declaring Muslims Kaffirs

Muhammad Ali in line with the writings of Mirza and by quoting a Hadiths calls every Muslim a Kaffir, who does not believe in the lies of Mirza and rightly call him as Kazib.

“A man who calls the Promised Messiah a Kafir, or Kazib or Dajjal, under the verdict of Hadith, he becomes a kafir apart from these people there are those who have not accepted his claim, or they have not yet yielded the pledge of faith and loyalty, they do not become kafirs, just because they denied the claim (P39, Radd-i-Takfir-Ahl-i-Qabila,)

Page 48: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

Muhammad Ali, who is considered to be a Scholar by the Lahori Qadianis should have known the writings of Mirza and if he knew Quran like his and Qadianis claims, then he should have no doubt about the character of Mirza and should have known his lies in the light of the teachings of the Holy Quran.

By following Mirza he is confirming the absurd logic of Qadianis to used weird explanations (taweels) to cover up the lies of Mirza against the Holy Quran, against Prophets Etc.

Conclusion

In this article we exposed some of the fundamental issues, which are quite a regular feature of the arguments put forward by the followers of Mirza in general and Lahori Qadianis in particular.

First to show that their claims they are Muslims because they recite Kalima is utter non-sense. There is more to being a Muslim then just to recite the Kalima or offer prayers. Muslims have to adhere to different articles of faith in their entirety and whole heartedly, without using conjecture to be called and claim being Muslims.

In the second segment, we produced a detail analysis of the meanings used by Mirza and his followers, particularly Lahori Qadianis that Mirza did not claim Prophet Hood and they believe in the finality of Prophet Hood on Prophet Muhammad SAW. Then we introduced a quotation from Mirza, which destroy their arguments completely.

In between Qadiani’s claim to be 73rd and only saved sects based on the writings of Mirza, was destroyed with the help of evidence from the Holy Quran. We also demonstrated that Lahori stalwart like Muhammad Ali knew that creating sects in Islam is forbidden in the Holy Quran, but he deliberately ignored the claims and writings of Mirza, which contradicted a very clear cut decree of the Holy Quran. Where as Sher Muhammad proudly presented the evidence from Mirza obviously he either didn’t

Page 49: Articles of Faith and Qadiani's claims : Recitation of Kalima

understand the Quranic commands in this regard or deliberately ignorned it, exactly like Muhammad Ali.

To double the misery for his followers, the heresy of Mirza to receive the revelations from Gabriel and selected by Gabriel is introduced as divine revelations by Mirza. Therefore, they have to produce evidence from the Holy Quran to clear Mirza. Quoting from the books of someone will not absolve Mirza. We also remind them of the writings of Sher Muhammad quoted above, this claim of Mirza in fact is against the two verses of the Holy Quran, i.e. completion of relgion of Islam and finality of Prophethood on our beloved Prophet Muhammad SAW.

In the end we leave with this message of the Holy Quran for those Qadianis, either the mainstream or Lahori, the silent majority who had been lied to, betrayed and taken advantage of, by Mirza and then by his followers in the places of authority.

34:31And [yet,] those who are bent on denying the truth do say, “We shall never believe in this Qur’an, and neither in whatever there still remains of earlier Revelations!” But if thou couldst only see [how it will be on Judgment Day,] when these evildoers shall be made to stand before their Sustainer, hurling reproaches back and forth at one another! Those [of them] who had been weak [on earth] will say unto those who had gloried in their arrogance: “Had it not been for you, we would certainly have been believers!”

Please do not end up as people described in this verse of the Holy Quran, “Had it not been for you, we would certainly have been believers”. May Allah SWT guide you to the right path, Amen.
