ARJUNA(TERMINAL ARJUNA)
A decoction of the seeds can be used for bronchitis, rheumatism, and as a sedative for nervousness. Yellowish oil extracted from the root can restore sexual potency impaired by illness. The expressed juice of the plant, particularly the fleshy petioles, is the most effective form of medicine. It can be used for dropsy, rheumatic tendencies, gout, tendencies toward overweight, flatulence, chronic pulmonary catarrh, lack of appetite, and deficiency diseases.

Punarnava is used as a rasayana (medicine) for lungs, heart, and kidneys as well as a diuretic, expectorant, and anti-diabetic. It reduces lung and peripheral oedema, is anti-rheumatic in painful and swollen joints, improves renal function, breaks up renal calculi, and is valuable in nephrotic syndrome. As a bronchodilator and expectorant it is used in congestive cardiac failure, chronic bronchitis, bronchectasis and plural effusion.
Punarnava (Boerhaaiva Diffusa)
Garlic is claimed to help prevent heart disease including atherosclerosis, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure.
Garlic is also alleged to help regulate blood sugar levels. Regular and prolonged use of therapeutic amounts of aged garlic extracts lower blood homocysteine levels and has been shown to prevent some complications of diabetes mellitus.

In Ayurvedic traditional medicine, the leaves are believed to affect blood pressure and glucose levels. Moringa contains proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Some people use it as a nutritional supplement or tonic.

It is considered as a bitter tonic and powerful immuno modulator. Guduchi acts as a diuretic and found to be effective against renal obstruction like calculi and other urinary disorders. Guduchi is regarded as a liver protector. Guduchi is useful as a diuretic, helps removes urinary stones and reduce blood urea.
