COMPLEMENTARY TICKETSPROMOTER/ VENUE TO PROVIDE THIRTY (30) “BEST SEAT” TICKETS,AVAILABLE IN-HAND TO TOUR MANAGER OR HIS REPRESENTITIVE NO LESSTHAN 1 HOUR PRIOR TO DOORS. .These tickets, in conjunction with Artist suppliedBackstage Credentials, shall be distributed at the discretion of the Artist’s Management,in the best manner available.

CATERING AND HOSPITALITY:Please implement a ticket system for all meals. All tickets need to be handed to Ms.Badu’s production team upon arrival (Paul Levatino). Meals should be served in aseparate Catering Room. It must be clean and free of odors and insects. This roommust seat fifteen (15) people comfortably at banquet style tables. (4+) 8Ft.Tables and(15) Folding Chairs.

Plastic plates, cups and paper napkinsare acceptable for breakfast and lunch, though we do highly appreciate any efforts atreducing environmental impact. Please be prepared to serve the dinner meal on china,linen and with acceptable glassware. Silverware should be provided for all meals. Allmeals should be kept fresh and available until directed by Tour Production. A certainnumber of dinner meals may be required to be held until the completion of theperformance. Please have clearly marked recycling bins in the catering area, andplease, NO Styrofoam!

*Please note that Erykah and her daughters Puma and Mars are vegan vegetarians,which means they cannot have any kind of dairy products, seafood, or meats. Erykah’sson Seven is no longer a vegan vegetarian; he is the only one that eats seafood, shrimpand fish. Erykah likes her food well-seasoned and are to have hot meals. Here are a fewthings that Erykah prefers whenever her meals are catered:
