Your dedicated wedding plannerTo begin with, all we need is some initial details aboutyour event. You will be introduced to your owndedicated adviser, who will invite you in for an informalchat, show you the rooms and the hotel and establishyour needs for a successful event. A written quotationwill then be sent to you within 48 hours. Your adviserwill help you throughout the planning stages of theevent; we can offer advice on all aspects including thecatering, entertainment, decorations and style ofservice. At the event itself, our own banquetingmanagers will oversee the proceedings to ensure thatyour event runs smoothly, allowing you to relax andenjoy the occasion.
CorkageBar facilities are available on request. Alternativelyif you wish to supply beverages for your functionthen corkage charges will be applicable, thecharges will be subject to the style of wedding:

A charge of £5 per person applies to reset the roomif a second meal is to be served during the day.
This will include:White linen table cloths & napkinsCrockery, cutlery & glassware as per package.
A bond of £500.00 will be taken in addition to the totalcharges for the event, in order to cover potential damage,waste disposal and kitchen cleaning.
This bond will be refunded no less than 14 days after theevent, on the condition that the facilities used have beencleaned and tidied to an appropriate standard; this is atthe discretion of the management.

Conditions Declaration

The terms and conditions that you sign encompass all events hosted by Grand Hotel Blackpool,in signing them, you agree to the following additional terms and conditions that relate specificallyto your own catering functions.
� All breakages will be charged at replacement cost and deducted from the bond paid
� Delivery of any drinks or other items must be made at the hotels convenience for storage purposes; please contact your coordinator in order to arrange delivery. In addition, all items not belonging to the hotel must be taken off the premises within 10 hours of the close of the event. All items delivered to the hotel will require a signature in the presence of the duty manager.
� Caterers are only permitted in certain areas of the kitchen; they will be asked to speak to the Head Chef prior to the function, and sign an indemnity agreement.
� The hotel does not permit the use of the kitchens own serving dishes or utensils, and no portable gas appliances may be used. The kitchen is only available for the re heating of food and not cooking/frying.
� The caterers are responsible for providing all the necessary equipment to prepare and serve the meal.
� Food hygiene and safety regulations must be adhered to at all times. Failure to comply will result in the hotel refusing further use of the facilities.
� A bond of £500.00 will be taken in addition to the total charges for the event, in order to cover potential damage, waste disposal and kitchen cleaning. This bond will be refunded no less than 14 days after the event, on the condition that the facilities used have been cleaned and tidied to an appropriate standard; this is at the discretion of the management.
� The management reserves the right to cancel the function at any time, without a refund, if any of the terms and conditions are not met, or any of the appropriate documentation is not provided as requested.
� The banqueting suite will be fully set on your arrival, and any changes to this layout must be made the night before or on the morning of the event. Please note that any reduction in numbers within 14 days of the event will not be refunded, and any increases in numbers must be authorized by the hotel in order to comply with health and safety legislation.
