Faster and more versatile - in safety.MATO 2 lightweight scaffolding gives the scaffolder the greatest possible versatility. At the heart of the system are the plates, mounted every 50 cm vertically and which facilitate connections in all four directions.

MATO 2 shows its strengths on round buildings and angular floor plans, permitting erection speeds which were previously impossible. Mezzanines, brackets and other accessories can be erected in seconds, with no tools whatsoever.

As strong as necessary – as light

Save up to 50% in time and moneyPractical experience has shown that using modern lightweight scaffolding instead of conventional heavy systems can produce a time saving of up to 50%. This is an impor-tant consideration, against a background of constantly increasing costs!

However, the lightweight method is not only advantageous when erecting scaffolding. Its low weight means that more can be carried, handling is safer and storage easier.

Systematic modularity

The special design features of the MATO 2 are the result of years of practical experience and targeted development work. The system is available as framework or tube and coupler scaffolding in widths of 95 or 65 cm. Both widths can be freely combined with each other.

The lightweight design has also been applied consistently to the aluminium scaffolding platforms, simplifying erection and guaranteeing the greatest possible safety for the user.

as possible!MATO 2 is a modern lightweight system, developed specifically to make erecting scaffolding more efficient and versatile. Steel frames with a wall thickness of 2.7 mm or aluminium frames with a wall thickness of 4 mm are used, depending upon the overall height and maximum load. The steel version permits a height of 60 m and above, whilst the aluminium version is suitable for 40 m and above.Frames with a wall thickness of 3.25 mm are available for particularly heavy loads. They are compatible with standard lightweight frames.

We want to provide you with outstanding scaffolding systems and faultless, comprehensive service. We believe that customer satisfac-tion means much more than just the correct, punctual execution of your order. We aim to be your competent partner for all questions and services to do with professional scaffolding.

Research and developmentWe are prepared to reinvent the wheel every day in order to stay successful. Standing still means going backwards. This applies to our industry too. For this reason we put a lot of time, money and effort into research into new technologies and the further development of exi-sting systems. Our solutions are intended to guarantee the greatest possible benefit and the highest possible level of safety for you, not just today, but in the future as well.

Customer-specific solutionsAnother of our strengths is the development of customer-specific solutions. Qualified designers, engineers and draughtsmen are happy to work out individual solutions in close cooperation with you.

Comprehensive restoration and repair service We have many years' experience of restoration and repair of com-mercially-available scaffolding systems. Various factors determine whether it is worth repairing faulty scaffolding. Talk to us first!

Old for new Is your old scaffolding making your labour costs too high – Is your scaffolding no longer making a profit? We have the right solution, whether a change of system or modernisation of your existing scaf-folding system.

FinanceWe and our banking partner shall be happy to make individual, practical suggestions.

A range of services which leaves no prayer unans-wered.
