We have made an a�empt to bring up an exhilara�ng flashbacks of the

achievements, events and special moments of the last month. ggggggggggggg

Anant School of Excellence has been empowering a nurturing, fun, prudent

& safe environment for our children to fraternize, discover and develop their

poten�als and bestowing educa�on from Grade 1 to 12 for the protracted

span and now, it's the �me and God's grace that ASE has taken an ini�a�on

to start up Pre-School in its campus.

With the new Na�onal Educa�on Policy (NEP-2020) pedagogy and curriculum,

ASE management has taken the start-up process to commence with the

Pre-School i.e. Nursery, LKG & UKG from the academic year 2021-22.

Star�ng a Pre-School can be a striving one, but propelling a successful Pre-

School is an extremely incredible one.kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

You are with us in our successful long journey and we hope the same from

Cri�cal thinking, problem-solving, communica�on, collabora�on, crea�vity stand innova�on are considered as 21 century skills. To foster these skills is a

key educa�onal goal of ASE. Recently, TED-Ed Clubs have emerged as a new

pla�orm to polish these skills. TED-Ed Clubs are an ini�a�ve of the wider

TED brand, most well-known for its online TED (technology, entertainment,

design) Talks under the theme “Ideas Worth Spreading”. It is a ma�er of

proud for us that we have got the permission to start ASE's very own TED-Ed

Club from the Head Office of TED-Ed, Hudson, NewYork.55555555555555555

Now, at present 30 selected students are undergoing a training process with

their respec�ve mentors prior to their final presenta�on. This training process

will not be studied academically because it has been classified as profoundly

transforma�onal.qllllllqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqq

ASE TED-Ed Club is following series of weekly sessions to train the selected

students with their respec�ve mentors for their ‘Final Talk’. The ini�al training

10-10-2020ASE Conducted the Webinar Session to Interpret the Cogni�ve Status of the Pupils during the pandemic

It is nearly six months now, since the COVID-19 emerged as the pandemic

disease and it affected the mental, physical and financial status of all the

people in the world. ASE acknowledged the circumstance and has arranged an

online webinar session for the ASE parents of 1st and 2nd grades on 10th

October 2020 at 5 pm to discuss their concerns, mental and cogni�ve status

of small children during the epidemic. The session was conducted by Dhara

Sheth and Mazneen Havewala, Diversity Consultants at Saarland University,

Germany. Considerable inquisi�ve parents joined the webinar mee�ng and

resolved their dilemmas by asking substan�al concerns to the experts.

Anant School of Excellence has always emphasized to iden�fy and polish

hidden talents in students. The scien�fic ins�nct in students was endorsed by

mo�va�ng them to par�cipate in a Na�onal level compe��on called Inspire

Awards-Manak organised by Department of Science and Technology , Govt. Of

India. An innova�ve ideas of Khushi Kothadia , Hitarth Seth and Heer Trivedi

were selected by school to display their project in the compe��on.ssszzzzzzzz

17-10-2020Virtual Aar� of ‘Maa Durga’ on Navratri

Navratri symbolizes the victory of good over evil, purifica�on of mind and

gaining knowledge about self. Amidst COVID-19, on the first day of Navratri,

students and parents of class 1 to 11 joined ‘Virtual Maa Durga Aar�’ on

Microso� Teams. Therea�er every day class wise virtual aar� was organized

for all the 8 days to enlightened the li�le minds with the significance of the

fes�val. Parents appreciated this ini�a�ve of school.

Anant School of Excellence hosted a virtual webinar in collabora�on with

Ashoka University on topic ‘LIBERAL EDUCATION IN INDIA’ for students of class

XI & XII ( Science , Commerce and Arts ). This event was organised on Monday,

19th October 2020 at 12:15 p.m. The leading speaker Ms. Priya Sunil , Assistant

Director at Ashoka University delivered an elegant presenta�on to the ASE

students which helped students to to know about future career op�ons.

ASE has been administering this type of virtual webinar series since pandemic

to explore students 21st century skills.

24-10-2020Webinar for Teachers on Computa�onal Thinking

A webinar was organised by Shashtra Juniors for teachers on topic ‘how to

develop computa�onal thinking’. The world has witnessed the technical

revolu�on in a past few years. To fit the future youth to the demand of

changing �me, many countries have included computa�onal thinking in their

curriculum. As recommended by Na�onal Educa�on Policy-2020, to teach

computer science to children is now an important agenda of Indian Schools

also. To propel this, Associa�on for Compu�ng Machinery India has taken

an ini�a�ve of CS Pathshala which brings modern compu�ng curriculum to

Indian Schools. Science, Mathema�cs and Computer teachers a�ended this

webinar.

Virtual Garba & Tradi�onal A�re

Compe��on

Garba is the featured dance of Navratri. It is a devo�onal performance in the

honour of Goddess Durga. Therefore when ASE organised an Online Garba

Compe��on, students did not let the opportunity fly by and displayed their

spirit to celebrate this fes�val. In this compe��on, students uploaded their

photos and videos of Garba dance in en�cing tradi�onal a�re through mTOP.

First Term Online Examina�on

Anant School of Excellence has taken a brilliant step further to execute the

First Term assessments virtually for the grades 1 to 12 . We got accomplished

in administering the Virtual First Term Examina�ons which are taken on an

online pla�orm of Microso� TEAMS that enabled our ASE students in penning

their examina�ons in a me�culous procedure. We are thankful to the parents

for providing the favourable atmosphere for the children to jot down their

examina�ons in a reliable and quiet manner.

students in NMAC (Na�onal Maths & Arithme�c Compe��on). At this �me of

pandemic, we as an ins�tute are making all possible efforts to sustain the

excellence of our students through diverse opportuni�es. NMAC is one of the

ini�a�ves which we provide our students to help them grow the feeling of

challenge and compe��on. We congratulate all the students for their

We are very much delighted to endorse that our ASE student Dhruv N

Khandelwal’s project have spo�ed in the runners club of individual

compe��ons of World Space Week (WSW) -2020, Surat. He is incredibly

passionate about space and got a prize of Solar Viewer Goggles from the
