Introduction

We are living in extraordinary times offering enormousspiritual growth. There has never in the entire history ofthe planet been such an opportunity to raise your fre-quency so that you can walk with the masters and angels.When you take advantage of these opportunities availableto you, you evolve very quickly so that your soul lights up.It brings you great joy, peace, love and satisfaction andyou can help the planet and everyone on it.

Ascension does not just happen. We all need to workon our spiritual growth in order to attain it. These beau-tiful Ascension Cards are tools to set you on your higherspiritual path and accelerate your journey to the light.Even when you live fully in the fifth dimension will theirinspiration enable you to maintain the frequency of as-cension. Each card offers information about a specific as-cension energy or Ascended Master, some guidance abouthow to use it and an affirmation to help you assimilatethe wisdom.

Whenever I need to make a change in my life, myguide Kumeka gives me an affirmation to repeat. I findthem very effective.

How to Use the Cards

You can use these cards in a number of ways.

Random Pick

Pick one card at random each day for guidance and in-spiration. You may want to read more about your card ei-ther in this booklet or in one of my recommended books.Take a little time to think about the guidance offered inthe card and how it affects you.

Three Card Spread

You can lay out three cards to discover which areas ofyour ascension path you most need to address:1. Hold the cards in your left hand and bless them.2. Shuffle the cards while you think of a question or ask

for guidance for your highest good.3. Spread out the cards, face down.4. Pass your hands over the cards until you sense which

three to pick.5. Place them face up in the order you chose them. 6. The first card you picked represents past influences

that may need to be accepted or wisdom that youmight want to bring forward.

7. The second card represents the highest possibility forascension at this moment.

8. The third card represents what you are working to-wards.

9. When you have ‘read’ them decide what action youneed to take, what energies you need to call in orwhich affirmations to make.

Inspiration for Groups

Ascension is about fun and lightness. Remember, the an-gels fly because they take themselves lightly. So use theseAscension Cards with friends or a group as discussionpoints. Here are ways you could do this.

◆ Drawing your inspirationHave paper and coloured pens available.

1. Each choose your Ascension Card or cards.2. Talk in turns about the meaning of your card to you

and what you intend to do about it.3. Draw what the card means for you.4. Share what you see in each other’s drawings.

◆ Acting your message1. Take it in turns to read out the message on your card.2. In turns, fill your body with the energy or person you

read about.3. Act as if you are the person or energy. 4. All interact together and note how this feels.5. You may like to offer the wisdom that comes through

you in your role to the others.

◆ Helping each otherDraw a card for your partner. How can you help your

partner assimilate this energy? Be creative and wise andhave fun.

Study Course

You can use this set of 52 cards as a 52-step study coursefor ascension, in which case I recommend three of mybooks to supplement and enhance your practice. Thesebooks offer detailed information about the ascension en-ergies and masters:

You may choose to work with the cards in order, one aweek for a year, or you can pick a card for each session,working through the pack at random. Decide whetheryou want to start at the first card in the pack and workthrough it — or pick a card for the week. Trust thatwhichever choice you make the angels will ensure youhave the perfect card each time.

You can do this study course alone or with a group.

Suggestions if you study alone1. This is sacred work so prepare the space by making sure

it is clean. Incense, singing bowls or chanting, flowers,crystals and candles clear the area and raise the en-ergy.

2. When you light the candle invoke the angels and mas-ters you want to work with you. Then dedicate the ses-sion to your ascension.

3. Take the card for the week. Either choose the nextnumber or spread out the ones you have not yetworked on and pick one with your non- dominanthand.

4. Read the card carefully. You may want to discovermore information in this booklet or in the recom-mended books.

5. Say the affirmation aloud a few times and notice howthis feels.

6. Close your eyes and consider what the card means toyou. Tune into its energy and feel the energy. Takeyour time.

7. If it is appropriate, stand and bring the energy intoyour energy fields and notice how this feels.

8. Get out your journal and record your impressions. Youmight like to write down:

◆ what you felt when you read the card?◆ what you experienced during your meditation orwhen you stood and brought it into your energyfields?◆ how you intend to use this energy during the week?◆ how you think this energy will affect your ascension?

9. During the week, as you work with the card, continuewriting down anything else that comes to you or thatyou experience.

Suggestions for a study group with othersForming a group with others is an exciting and inspir-

ing way forward and this is a very powerful way to usethese cards for accelerated ascension. Choose your groupand decide if it is a closed group or more can join as it be-comes established. ◆ This is sacred work, so prepare your group space by

making sure it is clean. Incense, singing bowls orchanting, flowers, crystals and candles clear the areaand raise the energy.

◆ When you have all gathered light the candle and in-voke the angels and masters you want to work withyou. A different person can do this each week or youcan each invoke the light being of your choice. Thendedicate the session to your ascension.

If you are all working with the same card:1. Choose one person to pick up the card for the week

and read it aloud.2. You may want to discover more information in this

booklet or in the recommended books.3. Everyone says the affirmation aloud a few times. Share

what you felt.4. Everyone discusses what the card means for them and

what they felt when it was read out aloud. 5. Then it is time for a meditation to go deeper into the

card. One person is in charge of the timing and guidesthe group to focus on their breathing and relax. Then

to tune into the ascension energy drawn to your atten-tion by the card and feel it. Take your time. The personwho took you into this meditation will bring you outagain.

6. If it is appropriate, all stand and bring the energy intoyour energy fields. Notice how this feels.

If you are working with randomly selected cards1. Each person in turn spreads out the cards they have

not yet worked on and picks one with their non-domi-nant hand.

2. When you have all picked your card take it in turns toread them aloud.

3. Share what this card means for you. How do you feel?If you need more information research together in thisbooklet or in the recommended books.

4. Say your affirmations in turn and then share how youfelt doing so. Receive feedback from the group abouthow strongly they felt the impact for you.

5. Then it is time for a meditation to go deeper into thecards. One person is in charge of the timing and guides

Feeling the energyIn pairs, feel your partner’s energy field or aura andshare what it feels like, how big it is, whether you sensea colour.After you have all brought the energy in, feel yourpartner’s aura again and feed back any changes younotice.

Create an inner journeyEach week one person prepares a visualization aroundascension and takes the group on a journey. Shareyour experiences.

Sensing the ascension energyEach person receives a piece of paper. All are blank ex-cept one, which has the name of an angel or master orascension energy on it.The person with this paper stands in the centre andstarts bringing in the energy without telling the groupabout it.The others feel their aura and try to sense what the en-ergy is.

There are many variations to this: ◆ Try to sense who is bringing in for example the Ma-

hatma energy.◆ Everyone places an ascension energy in one corner

with their mind and then feels the energy in the othercorners and this one. Can you feel it?Use your creative imagination to make your own ex-

ercises and expand on this with the cards.

Individuals may like to get out their journals and recordwhat they have experienced. If you use these cards regu-larly you will notice changes in your life and attitude. Istrongly recommend you start a study journal and writedown your experiences.

A Note on Ascension

Ascension Qualities

Ascension means raising your vibration until your cellsare filled with light. All your thoughts, words, emotionsand actions are vibrations that radiate around you and at-tract similar energy to you. Ascension entails watchingyour thoughts and words and purifying them, cleansingyour emotions and acting with love and integrity for thehighest good. When you radiate at a higher level you livein joy and freedom and experience oneness.

The angelic qualities are also ascension qualities. Hereare a few:

TrustWhen you trust yourself you can trust the uni-verse to look after you. You also attract trustwor-thy people into your life.

IntegrityWhen you are totally honest with yourself andspeak your truth, others will trust you for youare in alignment with the divine.

BlessingWhen someone’s actions damage or hurt you,make yourself peaceful and bless them. Then theuniverse will bring new and better to you.

Honouring othersAccept people exactly as they are without want-ing to change them. This is the greatest respectyou can offer another soul.

JoySee the best in every situation and person, andfeel your heart glow with happiness.

PeaceWhen you are grounded and feel you belong onEarth you enjoy a sense of deep peace and satis-faction.

WelcomeWhen you open your heart to others you enfoldthem in warmth and love.

Taking Mastery

When we accept that we are spirit first, and part of theDivine Oneness, we take mastery of our destiny. Recog-nizing that we are co-creators with the Divine, with thepower and responsibility this entails, we move into ahigher gear, the fifth dimension. Then we are able totravel smoothly along the road of life helping others ontheir way. We let go of our lower will and dedicate ourjourney to a higher purpose.

When we decide to relax and enjoy the journey weopen up to let in the light. That is ascension. Some peoplethink that ascension means rising up with their physical

body, but this is not so. At one time it was not possible toraise your frequency and stay in your physical body butnow it is. Most people who now ascend choose to stay onEarth and serve humankind. So do not worry about leav-ing your loved ones. You will live as you did before, butyou will glow, shimmer and radiate at a higher vibration.When you ascend you are directly guided by God orSource and spread love, joy and wisdom around you.

Feeling joy, unconditional love and oneness witheveryone, you will create your own Heaven on Earth. Youwill be in planetary service, so your personal needs anddesires will no longer be as important as your desire toserve All That Is.

As you become an Ascended Master your thoughtsand words alone create, so you are incredibly powerful. Itis important to balance wisdom and power.

Balancing Karma

In order to ascend you need to balance your karma fromall previous incarnations. Karma is the balance sheet ofyour good and bad thoughts, words and deeds recordedover lifetimes. At the third dimension the consequencesof low-vibration action may not have to be paid back untila later lifetime, so there seems to be no correlation be-tween your lifestyle and the hand fate deals you.

At the higher dimensions you must pay back debtsmore quickly. When your karma is finally balanced youreceive instant karma. This means that if you have a neg-ative thought or do an unworthy action, the consequence

will boomerang back to you immediately. If you neverseem to get away with anything in life, be grateful. Youhave reached instant karma and have the opportunity tokeep your books balanced.

Every thought, emotion, word or action is on a vibra-tional frequency, which attracts events, people and situa-tions on the same waveband. Everything you send out,therefore, is brought back to you and ensures that outercircumstances in your life accurately reflect what is goingon internally. It behoves us to look into the mirrors thatare presented to us in life and change ourselves, not thereflections.

There are three exceptions to this:◆ First, you may have past-life contracts which at-

tract low-vibration people or circumstances.These contracts must be honoured.

◆ Secondly, you may have to face difficult situa-tions and people in order to fulfil your chosenmission or destiny. This is why great spiritualteachers appear to attract dreadful traumas; wit-ness the lives of many of the Great Ones of thepast, including Jesus Christ.

◆ Thirdly, you may be receiving tests of initiation.Many on the ascension pathway have completedtheir karma and are receiving these tests, whichare set by the spiritual masters to strengthenweak areas. They are presented to us as challeng-ing relationships, financial situations or difficul-ties at work.
