CONDITION FOR SEllER REGISTRATION (for TRAVEX Booth and Seller Delegate)

Please read carefully before completing Regist rat ion Form

Application for TRAVEX Booth and Seller Delegates 1. The Travel Exchange (TRAVEX) will be held at the Borneo Covention Centre Kuching (BCKK) as part of the official programme of the ASEAN Tourism Forum 2014.

• Seller representation will be restricted to ASEAN-based representatives.

• Product exposure will be restricted to products and services located and operated within the ASEAN region.

2. A maximum of two (2) delegates are allowed in each booth, with one registered as Full Delegate and the second registered as Co-Delegate. Both are allo wed to register any number of Accompanying Person, although such persons will not be allowed access to the TRAVEX area.

3. Those who wish to participate in TRAVEX as Seller must:

• Complete the Seller Registration Form

• Complete the Seller Questionnaire

• Submit the complete registration online followed by required payment, postmarked no tater than 1 October 2013 for inclusion in the appoinment schedulling process.

4. Booth sharing between two (2) or more different business organisations is not allowed.

5. On site payment for Co-Delegates and Accompanying Persons shall only be made in cash, in US Dollars, Late Registration Fee will also be charged for on-site payment

Fees and Charges 1. All fees are to be paid in UD Dollars.

2. Registration payment must be in full , exclusive of any bank fees or charges involved which shall be for the account delegates.

3. Malaysia banking regulation stipulates a surcharge for any remittance by bank draft and telegraphic transfer. If you remit by bank draft or telegraphic transfer, an additional US$25 should be added to the total amount.

4. Upon completion of the Registration Form and Questionnaire online at www.atf-malaysia.com, international money order, bank draft or telegraphic transfer p ayment in US Dollars, must be made payable to:

5. TRAVEX registration fees for ATF 2014 are as follows:

6. A late registration fee of US$145 will be chargeable on each booth application and Full Delegate registration fee postmarked after 15 October 2013.

7. The following definitions of POSTMARK deadline will apply:

• Stamped postage date issued by the registrant's national post office.

• Date of release by the registrant's contracted courier services.

• Date of remittance by the registrant's banking services.

• Date and time posted in the website for online registration fees and are to be made In US Dollars on cash term only.

8. Onsite payment will be charged with late registration fees and are to be made in US Dollars on cash term only.

9. Please indicate clearly your organisation name and ID number on all payment references/slips.

Booth Allocation 1. TRAVEX Sellers will be assigned booths based on country groupings. 10% of total number of booths will be allocated to chain organisations for the purpose of

corporate image projection.

2. Booth allocation per country will be fairly spread out, as far as possible, for better distribution of representation among sectoral sectors groups. Booth assignment will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis, subject to payment of required fees.

3. Booth assignment remains prerogative of the TRAVEX Registration.

4. Each seller organisation is entitled to a maximum of two (2) booths per organisation, confirmation of second booth will be subject to actual utilization of booth allocation by country as of registration deadline, and shall be undertaken at the discretion of the TRAVEX Secretariat.

5. Chain organisations with representatives from three (3) or more companies, wanting to project a corporate image may apply for a maximum of three (3) contiguous booths in the area specified for corporate property representation.

Entitlement 1. Only duly registered TRAVEX Buyers and Sellers are allowed to participate in TRAVEX.

2. Admission to the TRAVEX area will be strictly on the basis of TRAVEX named badges. All sellers and Buyers are required to wear their badges at all times in the TRAVEX area.

A cceptance of Registration

This application, when submitted online shall serve as an agreement between the applicant of the organisation and the ATF TRAVEX 2014 Secretariat that the above terms and conditions have been read and understood by the applicant. The ATF TRAVEX 2014 Secretariat reserves the right to reject any application which is incomplete or do not comply with the above terms and conditions.

CONDITIONS FOR TRAVEX BUYER REGISTRATION

Please read carefully before completing Registration Form

Application as TRAVEX Buyers

1. The Travel Exchange (TRAVEX) will be held at the Borneo Covention Centre Kuching (BCKK) as part of the official programme of the ASEAN Tourism Forum 2014.

2. ATF TRAVEX 2014 is open to all suppliers of ASEAN tourism products and services and buyers from around the world and other tourism-related establishments promoting tourist traffic to, among and within the ASEAN region. ATF Buyers include travel wholesalers, retailers, agents, convention and incentive organizers and other establishments dealing in outbound travel.

3. All Buyers who wish to participate are require to complete:

4. Please submit Registration Form and Questionnaire online at www.aft-malaysia.com by 1 October 2013.

5. All Buyers must undergo validation before confirmation as a Hosted Buyer. Submission of Buyer Registration Form is not a confirmation of hosting.

6. Upon approval of hosting, an official invitation will be issued and a payment of US$300 (non-refundable) is required as administrative fee.

7. Only bona fide Buyers of ASEAN leisure and business travel will be eligible for the Buyer Hosting program.

8. Buyers may not promote or sell any tourism products/services or any other products/services to any other BUYER or SELLER during TRAVEX and the entire duration of his/her stay in the Host Country.

Cancellation, Substitution and Refund

1. The ATF TRAVEX 2014 Secretariat must be notified in writing (by fax, email or letter) of any cancellation or delegate substitution, with receipt acknowledgement from the TRAVEX Secretariat.

2. Cancellation for Buyers postmarked on or before 31 October 2013 shall be granted a refund less US$90.

3. No refund shall be made for cancellation postmarked after 31 October 2013 for all Buyers.

4. All refunds will only be remitted after the close of ATF 2014.

5. An administration fee of US$60 will be levied to every substitution made for a Buyer registration.

6. Lost badges will be replaced upon payment of an administrative fee of US$15.

Entitlement

1. Only duly registered TRAVEX Buyers and Sellers are allowed to participate in TRAVEX.

2. Admission to TRAVEX area will be strictly on the basis of TRAVEX named badges. All Buyers and Sellers are required to wear their badges at all times in the TRAVEX area.

3. Hosted Buyers, after approval from the Host Committee, will be provided each with a complimentary round trip air ticket and accomodation, of which the details and conditions will be advised later.

4. Complimentary transfers will be provided for all Buyers staying at the Official Hotels.

5. A chance to participate in complimentary city tours and post FAM tours (registration fees may apply for post-FAM tours).

Acceptance of Registration
