Human Resource Development:

Overall co-ordination of manpower planning, recruitment & induction. Scheduling interview of candidates in Co-ordination with the concerned department. Strategic Analysis of Manpower and Productivity Mapping: Initiated project on analysis of current

manpower and productiveness of the individual as well as the department with the help of various business heads.

Responsible for completing the joining formalities i.e. collect the required documents, creation of login id for attendance, design reporting system & assign mentor as per the respective department wise.

Making effective contributions induction and deployment of staff members and regularly monitoring their performance levels to ensure highest efficiency levels.

MIS Management – making monthly reports on Manpower gap, Manpower cost Analysis, Attrition rate, and other reports as & when required by Management.

Preparing KRA's, KPA with discussion with employees. Conducting Exit formalities like checking dues with the company, Reason for leaving, eligible for rehire,

attendance, overall satisfaction of the employment, behavior with colleagues, etc.

Personal

Responsible for the payroll process for both, on roll as well as off roll employees. This includes leave process, arrears, incentives etc. 

Manage monthly payroll statement preparation for employees of Head Office as well as factory. Responsible for timely Preparation of Wages and Salary.

Manage of Office & Sales Staff TA / DA Expenses making corrections on that etc. To manage the leave record, Bonus, Incentive etc of the current employees. Responsible for monthly reconciliation of employee accounts. Maintain a flawless communication with the employees; ensure timely resolution of employee grievances

and harmonious working environment at all levels. HR Audits – Represent HR department during the major audits.

Training and Development:

Maintain close communication with managers and staff to discuss training needs. Identifying the Training needs of employees & arranging training for them accordingly. Making agenda for training program. Preparation of Training Calendar yearly, half yearly, quarterly and monthly. Formulation of Different Incentive policies, Training policies and other different policies & committees. Arranged training for ISO 9000 Certification through ISO consultant at different locations. Coordinating with the subject matter expert Trainers and preparing the trainings schedule. Coordinate with Training faculty (External), administration, finance, infrastructure for the successful

delivery of training program. Designed & developed Time Management & Communication skill training module.

Compliances & Industrial Relation:

Statutory compliances and various returns required under ESI, EPF, Bonus, Factories, Contract Labour.

Grievance handling, Disciplinary Proceedings involving preliminary investigation anddomestic enquiry.

Smooth and amicable settlement with unions. Represent management in Industrial Tribunal and co-ordination with Lawyers in civil,

criminal and labour matters. Responsible for Half yearly & Yearly return of Statics Dept. & Factory return. Interaction with all government dept. related to NOC’s like Fire Fight, Pollution Board. Liaison with different Government authorities. Remittance of PF and ESI contribution in respective office. Taking care for all type of employee grievances related PF & ESI.

Performance Management and Appraisal:

Calculation of annual performance bonus on the basis of KRAs, their weight age and target achieved. Appraisal process follow & co-ordination, preparation of increment plan & increment letter. Following up on completion of the appraisal and collected the forms from all departments. Designing the performance management system, Employee reward & Recognition program. Maintaining 360 degree appraisal and Evaluation of employee growth by using KRA.

General Administration Tracking the admin related expenses and preparing MIS for Admin related expenses. Manage the corporate connection related works. Handle the entire spectrum of activities across providing facilities support and efficiently handle, house

keeping /pantry services, mail room operations, Record management and house-keeping/tea/coffee/water services.

Acting as one point contact for all administrative matters like Time keeping and attendance, canteen management, guest house management, maintenance, upkeep and repairs of company’s assets, Telephone lines and courier services, procurement, storage and issue of stationery and compensation of employees.

Carrying out necessary procedures in the event of fire, flood, breaking and entering, accident or major damage. Caretakers are required to know the location of first-aid equipment and facilities.
