How to surf??You start out learning how to paddle (like if you were swimming freestyle)

Standing up

In the sand you will push your body up. Then turn your legs sideways on the board.

Duck Diving

This is when you push your board down to were you and your board go under the wave that you are trying get away from.

Paddle, Push, and StandWhen you are ready for the waves there are 3 simple instructions:

Paddle out at least 50 yards

Once you see a good wave push yourself up to the sideways standing position

After all of this stand up

How to turn??

Once you’ve gotten up you need to learn how to turn.

It’s simple just lean back to go left and lean foward to go right.

Your Ready!!!Once you’ve practiced these steps enough then try going out to the waves.

born on Febuary 8, 1990 in Lihue, Hawaii.

She was 13 when it happened.

Her Story It was on Halloween morning of 2003 she was surfing with her best friend and her best friend’s dad. She was just resting on her board and a shark came up and bit her arm off. About 1 week later local fisher men and family friends caught the shark that bit off her arm.

Now she is a pro. surfer
