askTheSite – del.icio.usWe use del.icio.us as an online database of resources for answering users’ questions on askTheSite
askTheSite – FacebookWe use Facebook as an online community for our volunteer advisors answering users’ questions on askTheSite. It’s an opportunity to share information and discuss issues together.
askTheSite – FlickrWe use Flickr to share photos of the askTheSite group online
askTheSite – TumblrWe use Tumblr – a tumble blog – as a scrapbook (in blog format) of interesting articles, quotes, photos, videos about relationships advice that’s online. It’s a great way of keeping everybody up to date with new articles on TheSite.org and sharing other interesting resources that we find on the web.
askTheSite – YouTubeWe use YouTube to pull together informative videos on relationships issues that are useful for advisors and users alike.
askTheSite – Google CalendarWe use Google Calendar– as our online shift rota so everybody (YouthNet office-based staff, freelancers and volunteers) can see when everybody’s answering questions on askTheSite.
askTheSite – SkypeWe use Skype– to stay in contact with our advisors via text – particularly good for meeting reminders or communicating outside normal office hours.
