CHARACTERISTICS The UNO 500 is the ultimate high tech chain point hoist for lifting of loads of up to 500 kg. The UNO 500 meets the requirements of the BGV C1 (German safety regulation) and it is the universal product to be used in arenas, studios, theatres, multi-purpose halls, on stages, and for any other professional application with specific safety requirements. The operational feature of the UNO 500 even makes very complex scenic movements possible CLASSIFICATION ACCORDING TO BGV C1 Asynchronous group drive controlled by ASM GENESIS LC 8 Rigg. The chain hoist is equipped with over load switches, and a limit switch. Control of the hoist takes place via the changing of the rotating field (phase change) of the power supply. Asynchronous group drive with group Stop controlled by ASM GENESIS LC 8 AG. The chain hoist is equipped with DMS load sensor, limit switch, relay control and the GENESIS PC 16 axis card. Asynchronous group drive with Group stop and monitoring of the position deviation controlled by ASM GENESIS LC 8 AG. Features and Specifications UNO 500HS – the High-Tech Chain Hoist for the lifting of loads up to 500 kg. The UNO 500 meets the requirements of the BGV C1 and it is the universal product that is used in arenas, studios, theatres, multipurpose halls, on stages and in any other professional applications with specific safety requirements. The use of the Servo drive allows a high performance of 0,6 m/sec of travel speed with precise and compact measurement. The high torque of servo motor allows by low revolution speed a high duty cycle even at very low speed. This chain hoist is equipped with gearbox with worm gear safety catch. Moreover an extra silent theatre double brake is used. The supply of the hoist is carried out by an external 19” Power Pack, where the power electronics and control is situated. The chain hoist is equipped with load and position measurement, which enable synchronous group drive. ASM GENESIS Control of the UNO 500HS enables complex scenic movements. P 300 JR Characteristics The P 300 JR is a steel band point hoist especially designed for application on stages, in halls and studios. It operates with two steel bands and meets all the safety standards for the use in meeting venues and theatres according to BGV C1 (German safety regulation). The dynamic irreversible worm gear with an integrated patented safety catch, approved by TÜV (German technical control institution), allows operation without maintenance intensive brakes and ensures a smooth deceleration of the load even in case of an emergency stop. The innovative single point suspension system permits diagonal movement. The combination of a dynamically irreversible worm gear and an integral patented safety catch system within the gearbox has been approved by the German Technical Control Institute (TÜV) for operation without conventional brakes. Characteristics The P 250TH Servo 1.2 is a steel band point hoist specially designed for the lifting of loads up to 250 kg. Its travel is 20.m. This steel band point hoist operates with only one steel band and was designed for application on stages, in halls and studios. The single-point suspension and the well-balanced bearing of band point hoist within a shackle allow diagonal multi-direction movements. It meets all the safety requirements according to BGV C1 for use in public venues and theatres. The use of the Servo drive allows a high performance of 1.2 m/sec of travel speed with precise and compact measurement. The high torque of servo motor allows by low revolution speed a high duty cycle even at very low speed. The hoist is equipped with gearbox with worm gear safety catch. Moreover an extra silent theatre double brake is used. The supply of the hoist is carried out by an external 19” Power Pack, where the power electronics and control is situated. The hoist is equipped with load and position measurement, which enable synchronous group drive. SPC – Winch Characteristics The SPC Winch is a steel band hoist especially designed for the application on stages and in halls. Its special construction makes the installation in standard truss elements possible. The SPC winch is very suitable for mobile use e.g. fly loft, rigging loft, or for touring applications. It is powered by a servomotor which has an external 19-inch-powerpack with servo amplifier and a point hoist control system. STAR DISTRIBUTOR Each star distributor supplies, via a fibre optic cable, up to 8 axis cards which convert the control signals on the axes and the registered axis parameter (position registration, over, under load, emergency and operation end etc.). AXIS CARD The universal axis cards of the ASM LWL 1200 series are used in the control of ASM Steuerungstechnik manufactured point hoists as well as the control of many other machinery used in the stage area. The axis cards are linked to various independent building groups that monitor each other to ensure an undisturbed function. In case of an error, the axis cards will independently of each other, switch off. Operation end, over load, under load and slack band sensors are directly switched over to the UP and DOWN release cable. This means that the switches operate completely independently of the lead (main) computer or the CPU on the axis control. The security control is laid out independently from the CPU independent building group. The emergency end, hand crank, the monitoring switch, thermo switch and EMERGENCY STOP switch belong to the group. HYBRID CABLE The ASM hybrid cable has 2 fibre optic, 1 CAN, 8 control leads and 5 cables for voltage supply. The individual components (computer, star distributor and axis card) are connected by ring fibre optic cables. The fibre optic signal is converted into an electrical signal within the component.
