OVERVIEW OF AUSTIN’S OFFER • Currently Available Meeting Dates: August 24 – 30, 2016 or September 7 – 13, 2016

• Available Meeting Space options: Austin Convention Center Exhibit Hall 5, Ballroom DEFG, Meeting rooms 11 – 19

• Austin Convention Center Rental: August Dates - $56,887.00 (Less below credits) September Dates - $63,208 (Less below credits)

• Room Night Credit (RNC): This is different than your room rebate and is a discount applied to your bottom line rental from the convention center. It’s based on the tax revenue the facility makes from the room nights a group brings to the city. It is currently estimated at $10,158 yet will be calculated using 2013, 2014 and 2015 actual pick up.

• F&B Credit: The center will apply a 10% credit for net catered food and beverage expenditures with the in-house caterer, Aramark, to the master account at the conclusion of your event. This credit may not exceed the total facility rental. There is NO F&B minimum at the Austin Convention Center. For example, based on typical, historical F&B net spend of $100,000; you would receive a credit of $10,000, thus reducing your rental by that amount.

• Internet: Please note that our facility offers complimentary wireless internet access throughout the building for your attendees to enjoy!

• Available Hotels: August dates offer the ability to contain your block to 3 hotels within walking distance to Austin Convention Center, 2 across the street and a 3rd just 2 short blocks. Room rates are quoted in 2016 terms and a $6.00 per night rebate to help offset convention center or other convention expenses. Rebates are paid by the hotels directly to NACHC. Please see the attached hotel grid which includes the block, rates and location to the convention center.

• Facility Rental Estimate: Using August dates

• $56,887 less $10,158 estimated RNC less estimated $10,000 FB credit less estimated $39,090 hotel rebate from 6,515 total room night block x $6.00 = $2,361 available towards other costs.
