2 Aspen InfoPlus.21 Mobile V7.3 Release Notes
Known Issues
This section describes the Known Issues in Aspen InfoPlus.21 Mobile V7.3.
Data server install does not ask for reboot aftercompleting installation causing issues duringconfiguration
CQ 00430053
The data server install does not ask for a reboot after completing theinstallation. This creates issues during configuration including
Add tags - not able to search for tags or add tags
User preference - can't see added nodes (pages and tags)
Import pages/tag - does not working correctly
Workaround
Manually reboot the data server after install
Data server does not support multiple dataconnections to the same data source
CQ 00430194
When multiple data connections have been defined that all point to the sameunderlying data source (e.g. the same ADSA data source), the data server willonly process those tags using the first used connection, i.e. the first tag usingthe data source and all other tags using the same connection as the first tagwill work, other tags using a different connection to the data source will not.
Workaround
There are two possible workarounds
1 Set up a single data connection to the data source. The only advantage ofsetting up multiple connections to the same data source is that it allowsdifferent default start and end times. To get around this, adjust start andend times on each tag.

2 Set up multiple ADSA data sources (that point to the same underlyingdata source, e.g., IP.21 server).
Trend view should show historized limits insteadof current value
CQ 00424232
Some record types allow limits to be historized. InfoPlus.21 Mobile showslimits as constant values in the trend view. It does not show the limit history.Instead, it draws the limit line based on the current limit value.
Alert email will not be sent if tag is already inalert state
CQ 00424233
If a user configures an alert on a tag while that tag is in the alert state thealert email will not be sent until the tag moves out of the alert state for 60seconds and then back into the alert state.
For instance, if the tag “pump-01” is in a Low state and the user sets an alerton Low. The user will not receive an alert communication (email or SMS)notifying them of the alert until the tag moves to another state for 60 secondsand then back to Low.
Change orientation from portrait to landscape –screen does not auto-zoom to show full page
CQ 00430058
On both the iPhone and the Blackberry the orientation change does notalways auto zoom to show the full page when changing from portrait tolandscape. When switching back to portrait the screen does not show fullpage.
Workaround
Manually zoom back to full screen.

4 Aspen InfoPlus.21 Mobile V7.3 Release Notes
Unauthorized access to alert message is incorrect
CQ 00430211
Users can forward email links and alerts to other users. If a user received anemail with a link to an alert he/she can click on that link and it will take theuser to the details for that alert. If the user does not have view permissionsto the tag that the alert is based on, they should receive a message that theydo not have access to view the alert. Instead, they receive a message thatsays, "The alert you requested doesn't exist!".
