Special Tiling Notice (continued)

• Tiles will be non-rectified ceramic tiles (not porcelain) with a grout spacing of between 3mm and 5mm

• Porcelain tiles will incur an extra charge per sqm for laying and an extra per piece charge for cutting

• Our standard tiling sizes are stated within this document

• If you choose a different tile size then you will be charged for that selection

• Tiling is mitred except for the inside of the shower hob which is due to water proofing best practices
