ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove all parts from the packaging.
2. Place all contents on a flat surface.
3. Secure clamp and ensure the small screw is in the back of the clamp (2).
4. Mount clamp on a flat & hard surface. Tighten with the clamp handle (3).
5. Insert the lamp pole (1) into the opening on the clamp-on.
6. Insert both bulbs (4) & (5).
7. Secure bulb (5) with clips (6).
8. Plug into wall outlet
9. Turn the On/Off switch located on the shade of the lamp to select the preferred lighting
source.
REPLACEMENT BULB
1. Unplug Lamp and turn off. Allow unit to cool.
2. Carefully unscrew the compact fluorescent Bulb (4).
3. Release the clips (6). Carefully take out the circline fluorescent bulb (5).
WARNING
- For Indoor Use Only.
- Before replacing bulb switch the unit off and unplug the unit. Allow unit to cool off before
replacing the bulb.
