Asset Manager is a software program that enables you to manage assets and meet all audit requirements in an easy to use, time-efficient way.

Developed by software specialists Pear Technology to a specification provided by accountants, DCK Beavers, Asset Manager has been designed to meet the specific needs of local councils, large and small.

Two versions are available: Asset Manager Lite is for smaller councils and Asset Manager has full asset management capability. Both have the option of a mapping feature, so that assets can be easily located on a parish or town map.

Maintenance and repairs can be logged and history is retained even if an asset is no longer in use. Asset Manager can be used as a stand-alone product or in conjunction with Pear’s mapping and data capture systems for maximum productivity. For complete peace of mind, a full set up service is available from DCK Beavers who will compile a list of all assets, set up the software and install the system ready for use on your premises.
