5.2 Complaint Module This is one of the most sought after feature in AssetCentral. Imagine that thousands of your users can

5.4 Work Request Module Work Request is the start of corrective maintenance where users request for work to be done. It is
actually Complaint Module for users with login access. You will use the Work Request module to
record complaint, assign your staff to check and verify the work request and finally issue Work Order

5.5 Work Order Module You will find this module make your department operation much more smooth and efficient. All your
work order details and who to do the work and the progress and cost are registered.

5.7 Contractor Module This module is another new approach to maintenance department work. Normally contractor is
outside the system. They will submit progress using typical paper submission. Most of the time, the
progress is not updated into the system. You have a system that is not having the latest data. This
approach solves this problem. Now, whatever the latest is in the system. You may also include
contractor claims from the system. They log into the system to get work orders, to submit progress
and to submit claims. If you do this, you will really get the efficiency that you want.

5.8 Asset Booking Module You will find the Asset Booking module is very helpful to your operation and improve the service
efficiency of asset booking. User can book online or use their mobile to book the asset. You can make
