1866 1905 1914 1929 19541947The pioneer yearsThe foundation of the Anglo-Swiss Condensed Milk Company. Henri Nestlé develops a breakthrough infant food in 1867, 1905 the company he founded merges with Anglo-Swiss, to form what is now known as the Nestlé Group.

The Belle ÉpoqueNestlé & Anglo Swiss has more than 20 factories, Their network that spans to Africa, Asia, Latin America and Australia. The firm benefits from the period of prosperity known as the Belle Époque or ‘Beautiful Age’, and becomes a global dairy company.

Survival during wartimeShortage of raw materials that limits on cross-border trade hamper production for Nestlé & Anglo-Swiss. The company acquires processing facilities in the US and Australia, and by the end of the war it has 40 factories.

Crisis and opportunityReduces consumer purchasing power. Also the era carries many positives: the company’s management corps is professionalized, research is centralized and pioneering products such as Nescafé coffee are launched.

Riding out the stormThe company adds Maggi soups and seasonings to its product range, and adopts the name Nestlé Alimentana.

Greater consumer convenienceNestlé Alimentana meets this need with new products including Nesquik and Maggi ready meals.

Nestlé has made progress in recent years increasing the number of women in managerial positions. Today, 43% of these roles are held by women. With its Gender Balance Acceleration Plan, Nestlé will now put further emphasis on increasing the proportion of women in the group’s top 200 senior executive positions from around 20% currently to 30% by 2022. CONCLUSION

They will need a space that have a good lighting(natural and artificial) that promotes workers health, productivity, concentration and motivation. Also I will need to create a space that is engaging where people can communicate, collaborate with each other always having in mind the lighting, colors, structure and circulation.
