A fund-raising campaign sponsored by Loaves & Fishes Society in partnership with the International Red Cross
Fundraising Campaign
This is a turnkey fund raising framework that can be used locally after any disaster. It is an effective way to connect a wider community to those who need help.
1. Buy a loaf of bread for £10 and help feed victims of the flood
2. Buy a virtual loaf for $2.00 and your donation will be channeled to the international Red Cross
3. Spread the word to your friends and networks using FB, Twitter, etc
Campaign goal: Raise $500,000 -1million+
Concept
We have taken our inspiration from a similar fund raising campaign following the sudden death of a young hairdresser, training to run the London Marathon in 2012.
Claire's death inspired hundreds of thousands of people to contribute a small sum to the charity that Claire had hoped to run the marathon for.
So, with the purchase of our loaf of bread, communities can donate the same tiny sum and in partnership with the international red cross, this will make BIG WAVES.

How does it work?
Set up the fund name on Loaves and Fishes web site.
Money is collected via the site and then goes directly to the International Red Cross.
Facebook, Twitter are used locally to spread the word and make as many waves as possible.
