students. Tomorrow June 9th is a Curriculum Day

and Monday June 12th is a public holiday. Teachers

will be at school tomorrow working on reporting and

assessment and also doing CPR and First Aid training,

so a very busy day for all staff.

Congratulations

Well done to the following students who represented

us in the Regional Cross Country Championships in St

Arnaud this week; Tanika Russell, Mason Purdue, Jake

Marks and Flynn Bobstchinski. We are especially

PROUD of Mason Purdue who finished in the top 12

and has now qualified to compete at State Level in

Melbourne in July. Thank you to the parents who

transported the students so they could represent our

school.

Prep Open Day

Just a reminder that our prep rooms are open for our

2018 Preps to visit next Wednesday June 14th. We are

hoping parents will take this opportunity to bring their

child along for some of the day as the more children

visit and familiarise themselves with the school, the

better the transition.

Eisteddfod

This week has been band and instrumental week at the

Eisteddfod. We have had many students participating

and doing extremely well. Thank you to Miss McGann

have given our students. Thank you to our students

Parent’s Club Facebook

The Parent’s Club Facebook page is not the Mildura

South Primary School Facebook page because as a

school, we do not have one. My understanding is that

parents have established the Facebook page purely as a

way of getting information out around school

activities.
