Assistant Project Manager – Market leading APC programme

My client are an International firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants. They offer their

clients a truly partner led service and boast an enviable client base from global technology giants to

world-renowned retail businesses. They are currently working on one of the largest commercial

projects in the UK and looking for an Assistant Project Manager to work on the role.

You will be working as an Assistant Project Manager currently or be an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or

Building Surveyor looking for the first step into Project Management. My client will consider people

from both Consultancy or Main Contractor backgrounds, but would like someone with the ambition to

become MRICS.

Responsibilities:

Planning

Supporting the senior team to manage existing projects

Working alongside a team delivering complex project to time and budgetary constraints

Bid preparation

Attending tender presentations

Basic Qualifications:

A BSc degree in a construction related degree

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Interpersonal services

Have experience in the life cycle of projects

Preferred Qualifications:

Assistant Project Management experience

Working towards MRICS status

Consultancy experience
