PACE Care is a senior care management company. We help families develop solutions for the long-term care needs of their elderly relatives. We are a California certified Home Care Agency.
PACE Care is a subsidiary of Pacific Asian Consortium in Employment (PACE), Inc., one of the largest non-profit organizations in the U.S. serving the Asian-Pacific Islander Community.
PACE Care is funded through a grant from the US Department of Health and Human Services to provide culturally competent long-term care for seniors in Los Angeles and provide meaningful employment to area residents.
