 Proposal Submission Guidelines

 1. Proposal must be submitted using the Request for Proposal (RFP) form below.

2. If submitting more than one proposal, please complete a separate Request for Proposal form for

each.

3. Refrain from selling from the podium during your presentation/facilitation.

4. All RFPs must be received no later than two months before the planned/available event date.

5. Only proposals meeting these guidelines will be included in the review process.

 Timeframe 

The 2015 programs will run from January through November, and will be held on the third Thursday of each month, generally located at the Jack J. Huck Continuing Education Center just south of 68th & “O” Streets at 301 S. 68th St. Place. We will hold a combination of morning and lunch-hour programs. Each program will be scheduled according to the availability of the speaker and best fit of topic determined by our Programming Committee. Each monthly program is 1.5 hours in length which includes networking time and a one-hour presentation that includes time for activity and questions. Based on topic and membership needs, a two- or three-hour workshop may be provided after the one-hour program. All participants will be sent a survey after the completion of the program and feedback will be shared with the presenter(s). 

Morning Program time: 7:30-9:00 am.      Lunch Program Time: 11:30-1:00 pm 

The following are the dates of our planned 2015 monthly programs: 

January 15, 2015 July 16, 2015February 19, 2015 August 20, 2015

March 19, 2015 September 17, 2015April 16, 2015 October 15, 2015May 21, 2015 November 19, 2015June 18, 2015 *December will be a social program TBD

 Deadline for Submission is two months before a planned/available event date.
