Loway +rod"ces a widely "sed contactcentermonitoring and re+orting tool called QueueMetricsthat works with the Asterisk family of PBXs.
In October 2013, we ran a s"rvey as a tool to analy(eclient satisaction on e*isting -"e"eetrics"sers/
